We invite you to experience the newly renovated Holiday Inn Express and Suites – Lakeway, Texas.
Located in the heart of Lakeway, the hotel is only 25 short minutes from downtown Austin and 35 minutes from the Austin Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) . Lakeway is known for plethora of hiking trails, creeks and overall scenery of the beautiful Lake Travis . Enjoy a day on the lake with various boating activities, a round of golf at one of the area’s top rated golf courses or a day of shopping at one of the high end shopping centers all located within a few miles of the hotel. For the nature lover Hamilton Greenbelts and The Austin Salt Caves are both within a few minutes of the hotel. Lakeway major corporations include Baylor Scott & White Medical Center and Austin Energy .
The capitol of Texas, Austin, is a short distance away from the hotel, offering additional sites including, the Zilker Park, South Congress shopping, Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum . The University of Texas , home of the Longhorns is also only a short 30 minute drive from the hotel.

The first thing I noticed upon arriving was how nice the property looked, and modern the appearance of the hotel. It looks new. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean; the tub was even gleaming. The beds were comfortable, and the television was large and had very good definition. The air conditioning was quiet and kept the room very comfortable all night. The room was very quiet during the night. I woke up on Saturday morning realizing it was 11:10 am (realizing checkout was at 11), and the front desk was very accommodating. They allowed us time to shower and cleanup the room with no penalty. All in all a great stay!

Unfortunately the room was not clean to our or holiday inn's standards. We were also told by an employee that other rooms had complained about cleanliness.

Overall stay was great. Staff was friendly, when I arrived to my room it was hot and had a musky smell. Pillows smelled dusty. Aside from thee small inconvenience everything else was great.

The night crew was where it was at! Nicole and Karla were by far the most awesome people ever! They always had a smile and were super helpful. I was stuck in Yakima due to the snow and Karla offered me her chains! These people are so kind and down to earth!!!! Thank you again holiday inn crew for putting up with me for five weeks
