Louisiana Hotel Close to Shreveport Municipal Airport
Louisiana's third largest city, Shreveport, sits near the borders of Texas and Arkansas. With the Shreveport Municipal Airport (SHV) located a mile from our door, you will find that getting to and from our Shreveport hotel is easy. Many of Shreveport's major businesses and tourist attractions are just a few miles away.

A good hotel with the perfect distance from Nashville Airport. Shuttle service was excellent and the staff were easy to work with. Very enjoyable stay and we will use this hotel again for travel.

Very positive overall experience. Rooms are not spacious, but it is a great value for being downtown. Breakfast had a lot of options and was good.

Comfortable Suite but terrible in-dining service.

The room and environment are good. But the in-suite dining and the services are some what terrible. The first impression was pretty good, the front desk did greet and recognize I'm a ambassador member. She told me I would get my welcome fruits/gifts soon after I checked-in. I went back for dinner and came back after maybe 2 hours, I still saw nothing. I thought they maybe forget to checked me in with my membership, so I went back to front desk to confirm and they said they did and asked me to wait for it. I did.
At the same time, I ordered hot water for my parents, the in-suite dining told me I may have to wait for 30 min and I agreed. But as the time goes up, I got nothing, not even the welcome fruits.......
I called again, and those things finally came around 11 pm......Welcome? we were even got ready to sleep...

The next day, after we came back to our room, I found the housekeeper took away the hot water kettle. So I called the in-suite dining around 9pm and ordered one more. They said it's gonna take 45 min, and asked me if it's okay. I said fine.
But this 45 min took forever...Around 10 I called and they said it should be arriving at any minutes.
But until midnight we still saw nothing. So I told my mom to give it up and go to sleep I will call again tomorrow morning.
Then the funny thing happened. the delivery came at almost 1 am. he woke up my mom and asked for delivery.......

I had a really good experience at Intercontinental Hong Kong, that's why I purchased the ambassador membership and looking forward for the same experience and wanted to impress my family. But it really turned out a disappointment.

Stayed at the Venetian. Was as expected. Would recommend staying here. Maybe a lil expensive. But if you are looking for a five star stay this would be worth it!
