Booked a lake view room for three nights
However, we were assigned a room on the 2nd floor,
From there I could look out over the roof of the Real-NZ
We only had one day to have breakfast in the hotel;
So we split the booking into two parts.
We don’t want to pack our bags, and to be environmentally friendly, we don’t want to clean our rooms.
Two months ago we wrote an email asking the hotel to combine two reservations into one room.
ps: Please assist in arranging high floor room type
We also got a response from Crowne Plaza.
Very disappointed !!!! They didn't keep their promise.
When we checked in, we were told the hotel was full.
If we are not satisfied with the hotel's arrangements
We'll just have to settle for a new room tomorrow.
A female receptionist told us.
There are no more rooms!
Our orders have not been combined.
They can cancel another booking for us for free.
We could go to another hotel.
It was our wedding anniversary.
What a terrible treatment!!!!!
Important holiday arrangements
We will not choose Crowne Plaza again.
They don’t value the agreements they make with their customers
will be screwed!!
