Perfect place to stay in Estes Park

This Holiday Inn location is the place to stay when in Estes Park. The decor is local and charming. The staff, especially Jae and Daniel, are exceptional. The buffet breakfast was delicious and staff attentive. The hotel pays attention to the little details, down to the s'mores they provide and the binoculars and walking sticks provided if needed to touring around RMNP. This is your spot!

フロントスタッフの女性がすごく感じが良く彼女が私のステータスを認識してくれたことも良かった。
午前10時頃にホテルに到着して直ぐにチェックインできてとてもありがたかった。
ただ、空港ホテルにしては料金が高く、部屋に無料の水も置いてないことが残念な点です。
ホテルステイを楽しむというよりは空港アクセスを重視して泊まると良いです。
フロントスタッフの女性がすごく感じが良く彼女が私のステータスを認識してくれたことも良かった。
午前10時頃にホテルに到着して直ぐにチェックインできてとてもありがたかった。

Very expensive for 1 night. Plus, not free parking. Issues with the first room, has to ask to be changed when raised the issue to staff and had a similar issue in the new room. Only good value for money was the location.

Not up to IHG standards

I would be more forgiving if this was just about needing updating the rooms. We came in late and was only staying for the one night to attend a funeral the next day or I would have requested a refund and found another hotel to stay at.
First off the good. The front staff was helpful and professional. That’s about it.
The rooms were dirty. Hair in shower, sower drains slow, and floor was no mopped. The rest of the room appeared clean but after seeing the bathroom, I would not make that assumption.
Breakfast was horrible. Pancake and milk machines weren’t working. Yogurt tasted expired but couldn’t find the date on the package. Overall lacking in trying to make a good breakfast.
Overall it just seemed like many of the staff (outside the front desk) did not care to do a good job. I’ve stayed in many IHG locations and this is one of the worst I’ve experienced. Would not stay here again unless I was assured of major changes to the quality of the product.

Good Hotel

Overall, this hotel offers good value for the price, and the location is excellent—close to everything you need. The building and decor are lovely, giving a great first impression.
However, a few things could be improved. The breakfast was disappointing, especially for those looking for healthy options. The outdoor pool, while a good size, was extremely cold and not really usable during my stay. The room was comfortable but felt outdated, particularly the bathtub, which could use some renovation.
If you're prioritizing location and affordability, it's a solid choice—but there's room for improvement in amenities and updates.

Excellent place to stay

This is an excellent place to stay in Palm Coast! Very clean! It’s very easy to access, easy to park and has plenty of parking. The outside and inside of this hotel is super clean, modern and very pleasing to the eyes! My room was super clean, comfortable, and quiet! Sleep was easy here it was so comfortable! The entire staff is so friendly, helpful, and attentive and always greet you with a smile. Great WiFi and business center, too. Overall, the best Holiday Inn Express I’ve ever stayed in! I’ll be back for sure!
