Yes, I recommend this property.
I had a wonderful stay at the Intercontinental Koh Samui resort.
My IHG status was observed and laid on some fantastic experiences as a result.
The attention was so attentive from John driving attentively to and from the airport, Nice & Ter for a highly personalised check-in, Jan caring in the lounge, Krish exceeding the food and beverage expectations, Alexis being accommodating over breakfast every day with personalised requests, Wan & Pei running the Yoga, Maui Thai, and sightseeing via bicycles.. even Pop cleaning the room about three times a day.
Nothing is too much trouble, any comments / observations are swiftly taken on board.
Miss the place so much..
