Your employee refused to serve me and asked me to leave the restaurant/6th floor lounge because I did not have a reservation. The lounge was empty except for one table with 2 people. I was told 7 times, NO RESERVATION!!! I asked and translated over and over how do I make a reservation and was asked to leave. I had to get a 2nd and then 3rd employee to get assistance before I was told I could sit in another spot. You are 5 star hotel, your employees should understand basic English or be able to use their phone to translate. All I got was the blank stare and was told NO RESERVATION!!!! You ruined my afternoon!!!!
