Perfect Stay for vacation
Yes, I recommend this property.
Our family stay in this deluxe beach-side resort for 3D2N on the main building. The sea view is stunning and beautiful. At the sametime, we are lucky to get access to the executive lounge building, which is really amazing. The executive lounge building is the mostly luxury and stylist. The interior design is a hybrid of authentic and contemporary art, which most guest would feel very relaxing and inspirational.
Apart from the facility (hardware), the service (software) is even more impressive. The staff members in executive lounge are so attentive. Especially Cassie, who take care of our family very well. No matter breakfast time, tea-time, happy-hour time, she shows sincere attitude and high-level of service quality, which give us a feels-like-home perception. We truly appreciated to her !
with no doubt, we will definitely come again and would like to enjoy the high level service in the executive lounge.

Yes, I recommend this property.
Stayed for 2 nights, well-recognized platinum membership with room-upgrade when check-in. Free breakfast and bottled water everyday. Especially thanks to Nusrat providing free drink voucher along with the birthday card blessing. It gives a warm feeling to me during my trip alone. Definitely will come again.

Perfect Experience for Birthday Celebration

This is my first time to Phuket and Hotel Indigo gave me a very good experience to this place. The hotel and room are well-decorated in stylish way, make us feel very comfortable. Breakfast is great with variety of choice and changes everyday. Swimming pool in the roof-top is amazing and gym room is well-equipped. Hotel also provide free local tour and interest class. My wife and I joined the Buddha temple visit tour and Yoga-class. It absolutely make our trip more fruitful. What's more is the great service provided by the staffs. Thanks Mr. Joker at reception to take care my Check-In/Out and transportation arrangement. Appreciate to Khun B for the guiding tour to temple, and providing great service to us during swimming and gym exercise. Staff's excellent service make our trip more memorable and full of happiness. We would definitely come again !

This is my 10th-anniversary trip with my wife. Room was upgraded with platinum membership. It is really appreciated to see the romantic decoration on the bed with complimentary celebration cake. My wife is so happy on that. We enjoyed the breakfast in the restaurant. Food is great with fresh juice provided. We will definitely come back again for vacation !

之前有住過好幾家Hotel Indigo,卻沒有一家可以比得上高雄這一家。酒店裝修設計時尚，房間寬闊實用，落地玻璃加自動窗簾可以靈活控制私隱度或能見度。用料一絲不苟，所有沐浴用具都是來自於泰國Thann的，由於是Spire會員，更提供來自法國聖培露的水，還有西班牙的紅酒。早餐更是特別，自己可以用新鮮生果鮮榨果汁，可選嘅主菜更是當地特產，例如海鮮粥，這是非常有特色的，在餐廳每一張枱上面，更有用來畫畫的顏色筆可供小童玩樂，設想周到。天台酒吧十分漂亮，晚上喝酒氣氛很好。所有的員工，無論從前枱，禮賓部，餐廳，以及收拾房間的員工，都非常友善及幫忙，令我們在這個旅程更順利，更愉快，更享受。整個酒店的硬件及軟件，絕對都是滿分。

The front-desk staff was always kind and friendly to me, provide easy reservation, express check-in/out and IHG status recoginition (room upgrade). They never miss any greeting with sincere smile. Enjoyable birthday trip

Stayed in the room 1602 with great view and balcony. This is the same room which I stayed last year for the same celebration. It brings me lots of good memory. Most of things are good. However, breakfast set is almost same everyday. Recommend to have some change daily. For example, change from pork noodle to beef noodle.
