On returning to my room at 8pm on day one, I found that housekeeping had locked my room open. On day 2, housekeeping didn’t refresh my room at all.

Horrible guest experience

One of the front desk staff was exceptionally rude when I arrived to check-in. The hotel overall felt like someone had half updated it. My room was so loud I was woken up every night. The ownership decided they were switching mattresses out the day I was there and I arrived in the evening to my bed being gone and having to wait for them to put a new one in. Due to the lack of professionalism, mediocre condition of the hotel, and noise level, I would not recommend staying here.

Outdated and too many maintenance issues

The pool was out of order, the ice machine was broken (had to go to 3rd floor for ice) and first floor restrooms were for staff only. In our room, the shower head and bath faucet were hanging from the wall (about an inch) and bath faucet dripped and had a steady stream of water every 10 seconds, the toilet seat was barely attached (my husband had to fix it). The holders for soap/lotion/shampoo/conditioner were not fastened or attached. Both coffee machines required attention at breakfast, causing a long line of people waiting. When taking out our belongings the morning we checked out, people were smoking and vaping right by the front door (including the front desk person). When asked about their "non-smoking facility sign", I was told "that is for inside the building". At the very least, there should be a designated smoking area that is NOT right at the front door! Guests with breathing problems and non-smokers should not have to walk through that! Finally, I sent an email to the General Manager about these things and received no response. Very disappointing! I would never stay here again.

The staff were great, they checked me in quickly and were very friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in was very clean and the bed was especially comfy! I had to travel in the area for business and they had a shuttle service that was very accommodating as well. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend.

Nice hotel for the area but lacking in several areas including the breakfast buffet which isn’t cheap and is essentially the equivalent of what you can find at a holiday inn express. Outdated hotel as well. High price point.

Exceptional service and great location

The staff at this location are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. You can walk downtown or use the shuttle service to get to and from places within 2 miles of the hotel. There is also a nice restaurant and bar right in the lobby.

friendly staff

everyone was so nice and helpfull giving us places to eat for breakfast ( didnt get the hotel breakfast plan) and things to see. we showed up a early and they were able to work with us and get us in. wasn't the room i booked originally but we just kept the room they placed us in which worked out great anyway( save them from having to clean a extra room because of our mistake. the front desk, house keeping all were nice and the fact they have a shuttle to downtown was great. the drivers were all very nice and talkative. would definitely stay again

It was a lovely hotel. Alicia was amazing, sweet kind funny and super helpful. Great lady! Construction around wasn't great but didn't affect the hotel. Rude people on our floor couldn't be helped but staff was great. Bar was enjoyable!
