Welcome to the brand new Holiday Inn Express and Suites Elkhart North, Indiana. Our hotel is conveniently located at Indiana 80-90 just off exit 92 and only 4 miles north of Elkhart downtown and 20 miles east of Notre Dame University.

Crazy staff

Staff members had a gun and took it out of holster threaten to shoot me in the head because I said it was ridiculous my son ask for extra room key and he told him no and he ask me do we have a problem so I ask I don’t know do we have a problem

Hot tub and pool

Hot tub experience was the worse and the pool heater was broke and it was toooo cold for us to enjoy the pool and we came for the pool and couldn’t enjoy it. The room was not what it normally is and we didn’t get room service unless we asked and then we got it the room was not even cleaned and we had to go above and beyond just to get new towels in our room. And the food was good but not good as it normally is.

Pool Ice Cold - Shut Out of Room

Booked this hotel for a small gethering to use the pool. Booked three rooms. Pool water had just been changed so it was beyond freezing. Noone emailed us. Noone apologized. None of the families interested in the pool that day could use it. VERY disappointed as it was the main part of our trip. We had little kids with us that were very upset. Staff didnt seem to care. Also, they locked all of our key cards out the next morning by 10/10:30 even though checkout is 11. We had to continuously ask an employee to let us into our rooms as we were moving our belongings to our car. This hotel does not care about its customers.

I like the fact that after i checked in i received a text from Kendall asking how my check was and how the room was. But the staff onsite not friendly

I really did not like that when we complained our room was not cleaned they never sent housekeeping right away until the next morning. The kitchen floors had crumbs from previous guests and the shower tub was not cleaned.

My truck got robbed right out in front of this hotel

I believe they had a security guy for the parking lot but did not a lick of good! My truck got robbed, cut my security system outta my truck then shimmy the door open right out in front of the hotel

Unexplained deposit charge

Breakfast busy and multiple items missing everyday and slowness at replenishments. 50$ deposit held for incidents. They have charged it after I left without explanation. Big red flag. It is not the value but the attitude. Do not trust them. Poor fitness room. Regards.

The Holiday Inn & Suites Boca Raton North is nestled inside the peaceful Park of Broken Sound. Conveniently located near I-95 at Yamato Road, we are minutes from sunny Florida beaches, Florida Atlantic University and Lynn University. We are located minutes from downtown Boca Raton and less than a mile from Canon, Johnson Controls and the Boca Raton Innovation Campus. We are centrally located near both Palm Beach International Airport and Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport.
If you are staying with us for a night or a month you will enjoy that each of our guestrooms are two room suites equipped with a sofa sleeper, work area, two televisions, a Keurig coffeemaker, refrigerator and microwave. Complimentary amenities include parking, Wi-Fi and Fitness Center. And just in case you forgot something or want a snack the Market offers a quick and easy option for you to purchase those items.
Relaxing or playing at our Florida style outdoor pool, you can enjoy a meal or cocktail from the Red Reef Restaurant that offers indoor and outdoor seating for breakfast and dinner. The Cicada Nature Trail is located behind the hotel if you would like to take a quick run or walk and enjoy the scenery.

The Holiday Inn brand once was known for quality accommodations. It appears the properties were sold to entities that have neglected the brand and offer an overnight accommodation equal to that in the backwoods of a third world country.
The staff is indifferent to your concerns and pay lip service to requests or complaints.
