Late Check Out Requests

This is the only IHG that never grants me a late check out the night before. I have to call at 10am the morning of check out. Defeats the purpose if I want to sleep in. I understand it may not be feasible depending on a few things, but I have to believe they know how many rooms are pre-booked, staff availability and whatever else is needed to make that determination. It would be nice if this one location (so far for me) can figure this out.

GREAT LOCATION AND STAFF

THIS HOTEL IS IN A GREAT LOCATION AND HAS A GREAT STAFF OF PEOPLE AND A MANAGER WHO CARES
ABOUT THE GUESTS. UNFORTUNATLY A COUPLE OF PROBLEMS CAUSED GUESTS TO BECOME IRATE OVER ONLY 1 OF 2 ELEVATORS WORKING AND NO ROOM PHONES OR HOUSE INTERNET WORKING. THINGS HAPPEN AND WAITING FOR REPAIR PEOPLE IN ORLANDO CAN TAKE UP TO 3 WEEKS, I KNOW THIS FROM EXPERIENCE. THE HOTEL IS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, THE BREAKFASTS ARE VERY GOOD SO I WILL CONTINUE TO STAY AT THIS VENUE. IF YOU HAVE DOUBTS JUST CALL THE LOCAL PHONE NUMBER AND ASK IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS OR CONSTUCTION AT THE TME YOU ARE PLANNIG TO STAY.

Suite was ok , but ot was missing the ice bucket , the phone wasn&#39;t working properly, I had to go down , when I get there the fd agent told me to use a container inside the freezer to gets ice , thought it wasn&#39;t ihg standards and the fd agent should show more appreciation to a Diamond member, no eye contact and he wasn&#39;t proactive, customer service at check in was poor, looks like he is not liking his job
