服務有待加強

入住前有發mail告知人數及需要兒童備品，櫃台回饋沒有收到信件，當下重新告知，入住時，櫃台說有升等浴缸房、兒童備品都準備好了，進去什麼都沒有，沒有浴缸沒有備品，孩子洗澡尿尿都很麻煩，連洗手都要抱上去洗手檯，反映了也沒有，房內電話打櫃檯也不接，反映事情都沒有結果，當天入住下雨，禮拜日說餐廳客滿，禮拜一說餐廳沒營業，完全就是要吃一口飯都沒有。

在嘉義市的西側 外環道西邊， 高速公路交流道下 很快就到。 遠遠就看的到這嘉義第一高樓 很醒目。周遭都是民宅。
2.早餐:
這次是點數積分換房 沒有免費早餐吃 n/a
3.員工服務/櫃台人員:
櫃台人員的接待.笑容與服務還不錯 很禮貌。尤其是有一位負責指引到電梯的男員工 超有禮貌 超有笑容熱情。
我因個人原因 當天很晚才入住， 約莫9pm我就開始打電話給櫃檯 想要告知一聲我的晚入住 以免被no show 房間被賣掉等其他不必要的問題，櫃台一直沒人接聽 我一路打電話到12pm 大約打了快10通電話 VOCO櫃台都沒人接 ，非常扯，期間VOCO有回撥我一通電話 我沒接到，我再打回去 就還是沒人接應。讓我內心很不安 很惶恐 深怕入住出了什麼問題。 後來1am抵達辦入住時 我立即反應 櫃台詳細的跟我解釋了這原因 因為人手不足 太多人入住應接不暇... 對我致歉多次。這次是端午連假前的一天 可以想見客人多 但這人手不足的問題 有點誇張 希望嘉義VOCO未來能繼續改進!

淋浴 馬桶 各自獨立。浴室鏡子滿美的 雙洗手台很威 但洗手台很醜 毫無設計感 完全不配。牙刷梳洗包 超級廉價 質感很差 就是跟全國一般福容飯店一樣 顯示不出VOCO品牌的精緻感 可惜。冰箱飲料ok。瓶裝水直接拿福容的包裝水來用 沒有為了VOCO來設計小物。迎賓飲料柳橙汁 小餅乾。我是白金會員 送一個方形奶酥麵包好吃。
6.床鋪舒適度:
有點偏硬 我不太喜歡。

大樓外觀配色鮮豔活潑。泳池很大。兒童遊憩區 面積中小 旋轉木馬 球池 溜滑梯 跳床，雖然花樣不多 但氣氛配色很可愛，比較適合6歲以下小孩玩，

關於早餐的安排非常糟糕

從到達酒店開始，每一項的服務都非常良好，不論酒店的清潔，事前的安排，接待入住等很滿意，但是對於餐飲上的安排真的有待改善

1. 早餐安排，我想貴酒店一定知道會有多少人將會使用早餐，但是卻沒有進行分梯次的安排，造成太多人的人都排隊在餐廳門口等候用餐，至少超過30分鐘
2. 可能有人抱怨，所以酒店臨時開放另外一間早餐餐廳用餐，但是很明顯的菜色是不一樣的，但是服務人員卻說完全一樣，但是住客已經到另外一家餐廳了，不可能再回去重新排隊
3. 臨時加開的早餐餐廳，除了食物與原本餐廳不同之外，量也不足夠，餐點用完，也沒有員工會即時補齊，都需要住客跟服務人員提醒，熱咖啡也冷的，不知道是否機器損壞

2、電梯很特別刷卡直接會到指定樓層，還好有位客服帥哥幫忙解說👍，謝謝你

本次家庭旅遊，酒店各項設施都非常好，服務人員很親切周到，前台人員也很專業，Cindy ,Jenny,Annie,Bryant,Kuroha,Glen,Wendy,Gesina…..很抱歉沒辦法記得所有人名字、謝謝大家親切的服務，讓我留下很深刻印象，未來有機會必定再訪，謝謝

这酒店刚刚开业就开始住了，到目前已经住过10次，每次三几天，福田站打车20块，快捷方便。
酒店设施合理，有健身房，有自助洗衣，有机器人送餐。
客房有坐便器，保险箱，小冰柜，空气净化器..。
有吃到饱饱的免费中西自助早餐，中午吃碗牛肉面才24元，绝对良心价，小冰箱里饮料和泡面好像有点小贵，但是消耗后可以在楼下售卖机购买补货，价钱减半左右，呵呵，又是良心操作，绝。
员工经常保持笑容，不会打扰你问长问短假关怀，到你有需要时就主动解决问题，服务一流。
每一次的入住对我来说都无可挑剔，永远100分满分。

今年第二次入住貴飯店，第一次入住遇到早餐有餐點臭酸情況，第二次入住就不加購早餐，但一進房間就遇到打掃防務遺露清潔用品及板夾!
健身房24小時開放仍然是優點，但飲水卻從提供礦泉水瓶，改用公用杯及飲水機，衛生實在有待堪慮!
