Breakfast is good.
Duty manager Emily Luo called us to inform we left a pair of shoes. This never happen to any stay of my IHG experience.

Excellent stay, from check-in with recognition of my tier to fulfilling its commitments of the benefits with my tier.
Front desk check-in and check-out were efficient, knowledgeable and politeness of all staff.
The Bell office was also efficient to address my requests.
House keeping is perfect, they did a very good job.
Breakfast restaurant provides variety of food, staff were efficient. Great selection of West meets East. Just one point to take note - there should be a way to identify if customers are continuing or completing their meals. I had two occasions while i was getting more food, my table was cleared for other customers, the staff presumed i have vacated the seat. Please find a way.
Executive lounge was good, unlimited filling of food and drinks to cater for those users.
Hotel environment is very convenient, hotel security is superb. I shall continue to use this hotel for my business and personal trips in future……..

Great view of the Jialing River! However, the room faces the roadside, so there is some traffic noise — it’s a tradeoff: if you want the best view, you’ll need to tolerate a bit of street noise. Overall, the experience was excellent. The location is ideal if you're heading to Shapingba. Breakfast was tasty, and the Wanza noodles are a must-try.

美好的烏托邦親子雙卧套房2天1夜之旅

這次兩天一夜的小旅程特意預訂了烏托邦親子雙卧套房，主要慶祝兒子快將3歲生日和母親節。入住前兩天已收到賓客戶服務部同事的電話，跟進預訂以及安排佈置情況。
到達酒店已感受到親切款待，和卡通合影拍立得，也給我的女兒和兒子送了小禮物：小風扇和驅蚊液特別合時！
房間超級大即使外面下雨在房間也足夠活動。當天下午立即到泳池玩沙游泳，玩了一會就開始下雨，又跑到旁邊的室內池繼續玩。
6點鐘生日蛋糕就送到了，意想不到除了蛋糕還有糖果零食，兩位寶寶也太開心~ 謝謝團隊們幫我們拍照，也讓我們體驗了AI房間的遊戲呢。
之後到烏托邦遊戲室玩一下，但同場的小朋友太過活躍了，有點受不了就先回房間休息。
第二天在餐廳吃自助早餐，款式夠多不錯，之後又去游泳池了。可能是前一個晚上下大雨，水池和海盜船都是落葉呢。
玩差不多就回房間洗澡收拾行李，安排了1點延遲退房剛剛好。
總的來說這次體驗非常滿意呢！賓客關係部全人及領導必必須要讚賞，特別是Sirius June Yuki，下次再住會找您們的。
另外有些意見：知道房間使用率較高，損耗必定大，浴室浴缸轉角位的大理石發現缺角，怕會弄傷呢。浴室推拉門可以上鎖及私隱度提高就更好了。
地毯和牆壁污漬看有沒有方法可以清潔？始終小朋友皮膚比較敏感。
燈光方面未能設置夜燈模式。
