The hotel is conveniently located at the intersection of Kaiyuan Avenue and Jinchengzhai Street in the political, economic, cultural and tourist center of Luoyang. Cleaning service is no good

I requested a next day return cleaning, but they did not return it after 2day. The staff brought it to me only after we called them and said that the return was delayed due to lack of deposit, but I asked why they did not contact me the day after I requested it, but they did not respond.
I'm very disappointed. Is it the service of Crowne Plaza Hotel not to return it all the time if I don't contact them? I have used Crowne Plaza Hotel numerous times and this is the first time.

We will offer you comfort, convenience and good value. The hotel is located in Wenchangge and thin West Lake business circle, the geographical position is superior, convenient transportation, unique.The famous scenic spots Wenchang Pavilion, Siwang Pavilion, The Slender West Lake, Dongguan Street, Ge Garden and The Royal Dock are near to the hotel. You also can be foot to the famous shopping malls such as Golden Eagle, Times Square, and Wanjiafu Mall to enjoy the blend of history and modern. You will enjoy the traditional life of Yangzhou in Yechun Breakfast Bar, the century-old shop, and Huaihai Road.

I like the hualuxe brand so I was pleased to find a Hualuxe in Leshan. This is probably the highest class hotel in town.
Location is great. About 2 km from the train station. There is a big shopping mall right across the road.
