Convenient transportation, 5 minutes to the YanCheng Safari Park and YanCheng ChunQiu Amusement Land，and Just 20 minutes from the city center and Changzhou Railway Station. only 10 minutes from the entrance and exit of Yanjiang Expressway, and 30 minutes to Changzhou Airport, Changzhou Metro Line 1 is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Booked 4 rooms and all rooms are upgraded. The room is spacious with fantastic view. Also, the lounge service is also good.

It is my first stay at crown plaza, I am fully impressed for this wonderful 2 days stay. During the check in, I am recognized to be the Platinum member for room upgrade. Had a chance to use the lounge and afternoon tea is very delicious, the breakfast also provide vast selection and the touching part is to receive “welcome” note as honor guests. The room is spacious except the hotel walkway is a bit old but clean. The fitness facility is also great.
Also, I also would like to extend my appreciation for the reservation team/Ms Tanichaya who arrange the room upgrade and lounge pass.
It will one of the best choice if I stay in BKK again. Thanks!

As an IHG Platinum member, I got problem for my room upgrade during check in but the front desk manager/Ms Kliao quickly resolve it. She did a fantastic job to follow up by herself, call and come to the room to apologize.
It is my third stay in few months and will be more....the only choice at Hua Hin.

Nice hotel with Great Service
はい、私はこのホテルを推薦します。
So far, it is the best IHG hotel who take real action in recognizing the royalty customers. With such crowed period in the year end, I am so amazed that all hotel staffs can still greet us in very professional manner with also speedy check in. As a Platinum member, I was also upgraded to suite room which has very nice layout and fantastic view. Other than the welcome drinks, the greeting card from the hotel General Manager/Mr. Bruno is also very touching.....
Next time when I come back to Hua Hin, this hotel will definitely be my only choice. Great job to all the staffs and management who bring this hotel to very professional standard.
