Being a platinum elite and ambassador status, I got ZERO benefit out of stay… no early check in (not even 10 mins), hardly any upgrade, no breakfast, no late checkout… on top of it, disgusting attitude of hotel management in addressing any concern… too bad hotel management will negate any good experience you might have with good location and beauty of the property… there are hotels with better benefits and customer service even 3* are better… if you like to have good experience and value for the money, stay away from this pathetic hotel management…
