A complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport is also at your disposal and is provided from 07:00am

良い空間

ジムやプール、レストランなど全体的に綺麗でサービスも良かった。部屋も綺麗で安心感があった。チェックアウト後の忘れ物の対応だけちょっと不満だが、良いホテルだと思います。

Great service and hospitality

It was my family's first time visit to Ishigaki island, and we very much enjoyed our stay the Intercontinental - ANA Ishigaki Resort hotel.
The location was convenient, and hotel room was clean and comfortable. We are satisfied with the hotel facility as well there are various programs including ones for kids - My daughter loved the swimming facility in particular.
Staffs are very friendly and willing to help. I feel we were treated very nicely.
I would love to go back again!

酒店很不错，但是对会员不够亲切

酒店的位置非常好，就在大阪站综合体里，酒店硬件和装修也非常好，很有档次。但是这里的服务感觉不到热情，给人冷冰冰的感觉。

great hotel walking distance to the osaka station

relatively new hotel that is well-maintained. staff were all very courteous and helpful. I emailed the concierge a week before to help me with restaurant reservations, which they completed and left detailed instructions in my room. I reserved two rooms for a party of four...they offered a discounted upgrade to a two bedroom suite on the 29th floor. great views from the suite. excellent hotel and service. great location too. walking distance from Osaka station. half an hour away from Universal Studios. located right above the Grand Front Osaka with numerous shops and restaurants.

5，感觉酒店员工不如别的酒店“友善”， 不是发自内心的尊敬客人。
