Spend a little extra money?

Front desk staff were friendly and all smiles.
The sheets were dirty. Took an hour to get new sheets.
The hotel is within walking distance to KLCC park and entertainment.
The hotel was humid and stuffy. The only place of respite was in my room where the AC was constant.

整体不错,早餐有待改进

酒店的整体感觉很不错.装修风格很现代,环境优美,很有设计感.房间的设施也很新,入住很舒适.
但酒店的软件如服务水平尚有欠缺,员工效率不是很高,态度也不是很热情.
酒店的早餐品种也不够丰富,食物不够精致.

a nice vacation destination

hotel location is very convenient , close to downtown and the beautiful beach . the water park activity provided by hotel free of charge is wonderful for the whole family . Hotel help to arrange local transportation and the charge is very reasonable. And the Kids club is very interesting and safe to put you little Child there .

房间空间大，浴巾够用，洗浴用品好用，若能再提供去沙滩或泳池拖鞋更好。
酒店环境很美，也不嘈杂，泳池畔有专人询问需要饮水不，泳池畔的披萨不错。

有幸升等為海景房 能在房間陽台躺椅上看到日出及海洋，覺得好高興。既舒適又新鮮。櫃台及門房都很親切的為我們服務。叫車服務也很方便。附近的商場很新，吃的餐廳也有多。

Comfortable, well located hotel with execrable artwork

We always enjoy staying here, and cannot fault the staff or the service, but I've been complaining about the job-lot bad print art work for years now, and it really is time to get rid of it. Decor generally is getting a little tired, though the couch style armchair and footstool in the room is much appreciated, if tatty.

Dated and poor quality

The property needs renovating - particularity the bedroom and bathroom. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were both below average in everything but price. The staff we came across were professional and helpful. This is a poor example of a Crowne Plaza.

Unexpectedly Good

I usually stay at the IHG properties in Pasig City but decided to give this Makati Holiday Inn a try during my most recent visit.
Being a Royal Spire ambassador, I have stayed at IHG properties the world over and I can safely say that the service levels at the Holiday Inn Makati surpasses that of most flagship Intercontinental hotels! A truly commendable effort.
Rooms a bit on the small side (despite being given a corner suite) but you cannot beat this property in terms of location (right smack in the heart of Makati).
I would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to Manila be it for work or for pleasure.

快適でした

福岡出張の際、1泊で利用しました。
チェックインした日は軽く雨が降っていましたが、KITTE博多の出口からも近いため、博多駅と直結していないものの、さほど濡れずにホテルにたどり着けました。
部屋は落ち着いた雰囲気で、アメニティも充実しているのがこのホテルの嬉しいところです。
次回、宿泊するときはバーにも寄ってみたいと思っています。
