It was truly a pleasure to have you with us. I am extremely delighted to read that you enjoyed your stay, as well as the hotel location, resort facilities and the Air Bar. As you know our Air Bar is one of the most popular bar in Koh Samui where signature cocktails and a breathtaking view can be enjoyed.

对于我个人来说床垫过软。房间灯箱两个都坏了，晚上房间采光不好。没有冲凉拖鞋。房间整体色调给人感觉不够明亮整洁。

先程書き忘れた問題点
予約した部屋はツインルームだったのに、キングサイズのダブルしか空いてなく、スパをサービスするという事なので、仕方なく了解した。

pleasant stay - excellent

it's a very pleasant stay especially for leisure with your family. had a great quality time here... nice athmosphere. lots of facility not for adults but also for kids. room is spacious and we suggest to choose the city view at night the view is amazing... the bed is super comfy.
breakfast lots of variety but unfortunately when my time visit there are no bacon there too bad...

overall its hospitality is excellent! oh yes room wifi for the personal one didn't worked so have to use the visitor. speed not as fast as we expected for a 5 star hotel :)

接した全てのスタッフの対応が丁寧できめ細かく、快適な時間を過ごせました。
リゾートホテルはオンシーズンは人も多くスタッフも余裕が無い事が多いので、ホテルを楽しむならオフシーズンも良いなと実感しました。
