Very Welcoming

I enjoyed my stay - we had two rooms for two nights. We all enjoyed it! The outside has no appeal, but once in the front door, it is all good. Concierge and local knowledge incredibly good.
Brekky the first morning was amazing - everything super fresh and zero issues.
The second morning it was like everything was stale in the servers. Really below par actually... I also add that it got up my nose that we were offered full buffet at $34(ish) dollars, and when we said no, it came down to $22 per guest.

朝食の質が上がっている

お部屋は全日空時代より確実に寝具など良質になっていると思う。スタッフはもともとしっかり気づきのできる方が多かったのでそれは続いていて良いことだと思う。駐車場の台数が少ないことや汚さも変わっていないのでここは今一つ。お風呂は仕方ないとは思うが、もう少し広いとありがたい。洗面が浴室外なのは高評価。一番驚いたのは朝食。泊まるたびに改善している気がする。今までもなかなか良かったと思っていたが、今回さらに品数も味もパワーアップしていた。スタッフも良く気が付く方が多い。総じて良い宿泊でした。ただIHGのサービスが低下していることが残念なのと、ドリンクサービスも使いにくいのでその辺が改善されるといいなと思う。

Great stay

Travelling from Perth and used this hotel as our base as my son was heading to ICHM for his first year and we needed to buy a few things prior to his moving into his dorm room.
Perfect location for shops and the use of the guest laundry worked a treat for the linen.
We walked everywhere, very central to good restaurants, museum, etc. Lovely staff and all I spoke to were very helpful and friendly - from the room attendant, concierge, receptionist and bar staff. Thank you

とても寒い日だったので外出せずホテルのレストランで夕食。とてもおいしかったです！スタッフの皆さんも良く気がつく人たちばかりで、一人でも快適に過ごせました。次回の出張の時もぜひこちらに泊まって夕食食べにうかがいます。

Good hotel but food poor

Maybe shouldn't complain about quality of western food in India but it wasn't good here, Drowned Caser Salad and dry burger being the reason.

the ambiance of the hotel is very nice ,staff are very nice and helpful,very clean and highly recommend.All of the chauffeur that were assign with us are very great and very carefull when it comes to our safety

Comfortable bed , upgraded to superior room at my expense. Busy weekend with Tour Down Under but did not impact. No complaints
