Service can be improved.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I travel to Bangkok. During my recent stay, we asked the front counter staffs whether the places we were going to are open, due to the Chinese New Year celebration happening at the same time.
We kindly asked the staff to call the restaurant to check if they are open, but they did not check and just told us its open. Of course, when we took a taxi and found out that the place will be closed until 31 Jan 2016.
This left us disappointed during the trip. The experience could be much better if the staffs made the effort to check it.

Feels at home

Traveling for business meeting, As elite member, my rooms is upgraded to suite. Rooms are spacious ,clean and cozy. Service is excellent from front desk, concierge, guest relation officer to restaurant. Staff are super friendly and feels at home. Location is great and near to some destination such as shopping center and dining place. Definitely will come back again for Bandung Trip.

Wasn't that I expected from Holiday Inn

Not comfortable pillow, electricity went down several times and I experienced on my second day as well, nasi goreng in room dining not recommended even was recommended by chef

This is uncharacteristic of our hotel and team, and we have taken this opportunity to review our procedures and training, to ensure that this should not re occur. The electricity blink out several times from PLN and its beyond our capacity to control it. Since it just a less than 2 seconds, our generator did not automatically turn on as a backup supply for hotel electricity.
Thank you so much for your constructive feedback about our pillow and also the Nasi Goreng which did not meet your expectation. I have forward your feedback to our Chef and Executive Housekeeper who will look forward for an improvement immediately.
We continually look to improve our guest experience, and this feedback is therefore very important to us.

هذا الفندق مشترك في برنامج الفنادق الخضراء استرخ تحت اشجار جوز الهند على شاطيء الرمال البيضاء في فندق هوليدي ان بينانج في قلب منطقة الباتوفرنجي. إن المنتجع الذي تم تطويره عام 2010 يتكون من جناح ساحلي ذو 7 طوابق وبرج الفرنجي ذو 23 طابق وهما مرتبطان بجسرمعلق. تعتبر غرفة النزلاء في الجناح الساحلي مكانك الخاص على بعد خطوات عن الساحل المحاط بأشجار النخيل . أما شرفات الغرف في جناح البرج فإنها تطل على مضيق ملاكا والخط الساحلي الرائع لبينانج. إقض أيام إسترخاء تتشمس بجانب حوض السباحة ذو المياه المترقرقة أو في قضاء الأمسيات في صخب السوق الليلي الشهير في شارع الباتو فرنجي والذي يقع مقابل المنتجع. هذا وتبعد حديقة التوابل الإستوائية 3 كم عن المنتجع، والحديقة الوطنية للغابات في بينانج في منطقة Teluk Bahang التي تبعد 6 كم. سيحرص الكادر الودود في المنتجع على توفير الرعاية الجيدة للنزلاء في المناسبات وحفلات الأعراس بقدرة إستيعاب 350 ضيف في قاعات الحفلات السته المتنوعة لدينا. كما أن المنطقة الحرة تقع في Bayan Lepas والتي تبعد فقط 45 دقيقة في السيارة عن المنتجع. إنتعش بمشروبات الكوكتيل المشهية وأنت تستمتع بمنظر مطل على مضيق ملاكا في Hari s Pool Bar قبل أن تستمتع بالطعام في Terrace Caf وأنواع المشويات في المطعم ذو الواجهة المطلة على الساحل. إستمتع بعرض موسيقي حي في اللوبي المطل على المسبح أو تابع فريقك الرياضي المفضل على شاشة كرستال مسطحة كبيرة. كما أن الأطفال يحبون أجنحة الأطفال لدينا (ذات السرير المزدوج أو ذات الطابقين) والتي تحوي على ألعاب بلاي ستيشن داخل الغرف.

A good place for one night stay

I arrived the hotel at 9PM in the evening. I noticed the hotel in advance so the hotel prepared a good room for me beforehand. The check in went smoothly. I bought the breakfast during check-in. But to be honest, the quality of the breakfast should be improved. It seems many choices provided but the taste is just so so. The other thing is the welcome drinks provided by the lobby bar at the beach side. The service is quite cold and the waiter provided us a strange cold drink drink without asking or show us if there is any other option. I heard from local that the holiday inn has been setup for many years but I suggest that you'd better to pay attention to your waiter's working attitude. :P
