The ideal hotel

We have spent over 10 nights in this hotel and never get bored or tired of it. The food was excellent and variable so we always can try something new. The staff were extremely helpful and affable. Outdoors activities were great. Try out sea kayaks, it is great. Gym has everything is needed to keep yourself in fit. It's one of the best hotels for leisure where I were. Certainly, will come back here and recommend it to my friends.

Only of you have some work in the city center

The hotel location is fine as such ... its in the city center so you have lot of options to explore .. the only downside i faced is that the rooms are not clean as per IHG standards . The sofa chair had stains , the desk had stains the floor mat had stains ... it doesn't give you a comfortable feeling where you are not bothered about what your are touching and where are you keeping your stuff which for me is very important ...for the price paid , its better to stay in hotels near sea point .. there are a lot better options available .... the staff was very helpful though .. they arranged the dinner to be delivered ....

Рекомендую для пар с детьми и уединенного отдыха напрекрасном пляже. В отеле отличный сервис, хорошая кухня и оснащение номеров. Есть желание вернуться вновь. Гестрелкйшен Гульнара и Татьяна поразили своим умением найти подход к любому туристу. Большое спасибо!

I have been coming to the hotel the last 8 years and was kicked out on arrival as my room was given to the government officials at the last moment. Highly inconvenient.

Great location and cozy room

As usual, the stay at ICH Mzaar was an enjoyable experience in general.
The room was very cozy, with a comfortable but small bed considering we had our 6-month-old-baby with us.
We were upgraded from a standard room to a superior standard room which happened to be right next to the service elevator and below housekeeping, so we did not get much sleep, although we complained about the issue.
The setting and the restaurant staff were amazing. Plus the view from the room, the pool and the restaurant were great as well!

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par l'emplacement, la qualité de la nourriture et le design chaleureux de l'hôtel et de ses chambres rénovées.
Nous avons été en revanche déçu du personnel qui parlait peu anglais ou français et nous faisait bien comprendre quand il n'était pas ravis des demandes que nous pouvions faire à raison.

酒店有些沉闷，但服务很好

总体对服务的感受还是非常好的，只是整个酒店装修显得过于沉闷，与假日酒店的主体有些不符，感觉更像一个商务酒店。
房间隔音效果非常差，隔壁的声音能够听得非常清楚，导致很尴尬的事情发生。
