memorable experience with great service

first time in Danang and gave me the right impression about the resort type accommodations which supposed to be i expected. the staffs are wonderful pleased to communicate with them. the food were great. especially the breakfast were fantastic in terms of quality and quantity compare to other 5 stars hotel and intercontinental changes. FYI i've been many other nice hotels past 12 months including place level in southern France. Your staffs are not only well trained or professional, but offered warm and friendly service make me feel like i'm very regular guest even it wad first time there.

酒店的硬件符合预期，风景好，安静舒适，两个餐厅正好满足了对食谱的调节要求。使我印象深刻的是热情周到的服务，好于曼谷及周边的酒店的服务水平，我是第二次带家人住这个酒店了，以后来还会住这里。

快適な滞在でした。
コンパクトでベーシックな設備でしたが、清潔感が行き届いており、急遽雨天時のロジ対応も万全でした。

息子とそのフィアンセとの会食

金沢に住む息子とそのフィアンセと会うために広島から行きました。チェックイン時IHG会員であることも認識していただきました。お昼は雲仙の会席をいただきましたが 非常においしく息子たちも喜んでいました。いつもですが朝ごはんもとてもおいしい。 ただ今回はシングルルームでしたが 同じ料金帯のホテルと比較して狭いと思います。それ以外は非常に快適でした。

Overall ok. Not completely up to my expectations (limited variety of the breakfast buffet and noisy AC fan in the room) also compared to some Crowne Plaza facilities.
