Good hotel, far a bit from the center where you find the services

It was a great pleasure to discover that your overall stay with us was a good experience. We value your feedback and our guests are our utmost priority and we strive to deliver a Great Hotels Guests Love. I am sorry to read you found the hotel location not convenient. The hotel is actually only 10-15 minutes away from the famous shopping mall and the renowned night bazaar and we do provide complimentary shuttle service to night bazaar and weekend walking streets.

Over all the room was clean however, the bathroom towels was not that much and some of them were not changed from the first time. Also, the room services does not bring you shampoos each time they clean the room i have to request each time. Furthermore, the business center of the hotel is really bad the printers were not working, computers lags every minute and so .
