Not so good service

I have stayed at his location many time before over the years with hardly any issues until recently. When I got to my room all the dishes, pots and pan, every utensil and Tupperware were in the dishwasher Some of the Tupperware was dirty. I did not complain, but nor did I put things away, not my job. I need to change and upcoming reservation. I had a 1 bedroom suite king book. When they changed it and set me the new reservation, they changed it to a queen mobility access tub nonsmoking and even increased the price without telling me anything until I noticed it on the reservation they sent to me. I tried calling then on Sunday between 11:00 am -11:45 am, no one would take my call (7 different time) I am basically stunned at this kind of service. It has never been like this before. Since they wont take my call I hope the manager sees this and will reach out to me to discuss why this happened without my consent. I did go on IHG and get back the room that I had, but this is no way to treat customers, especially ones with status!

Ok to stay. Not the best

We were staying here to visit a few friends on our way back from a longer trip. I booked here because they had an indoor pool. It was news to me when we checked in that it was closed due to “COVID”. Other places in the area have their pools open so I was surprised. It should be listed on their website that it is closed. The breakfast here was awful in comparison to the other places we stayed on our trip. The service was just ok. No one truly helpful or friendly. Odd safety restrictions here that are not at other places, most of which don’t make any sense. Our bathroom toilet seat was broken and the tub stopper was too. Room was spacious and comfortable over all though. Not someplace I’d stay again but met the needs we had for the time we were there.

This hotel is very nice to take photos, but they don't provide housekeeping service even when requested in advance.
I did not get to experience any of the restaurants, lounge or pool due to Covid restrictions those were closed.

Needs updated rooms and covid clean!

Room smelled like mold. Window shade was not working. Carpet was not clean enough no bags in the garbage bins. I wouldn’t recommend. I love the holiday inn and this is the first time I was not satisfied in 25 years of traveling! The staff working there were excellent!

Die Situation innerhalb der " Pandemie" ist für alle anstrengend, für Gast und Mitarbeiter im Hotelwesen, aber sich nur hinter auferlegten Regeln zu verstecken und trotz Buchung den Gast aus dem Hotel zu verweisen weil nicht alle notwendigen Dokumente zum Zeitpunkt des Check in vorhanden waren, zeigt keinesfalls von Gastlichkeit nur Angst vor den Konsequenzen vom Managment oder den Ordungsbehörden des Staats ( Exikutive). Dennoch erfüllt das Hotel ihre Standards.

Ich konnte nur nach einer Seite träumen, weil auf der einen Seite eine Baustelle/Stopschild sich befand. Und das die Servicekraft in mein Zimmer kam fand ich nicht so gut. Aber trotzdem war ich sehr zufrieden damit. Danke
