I loved this Hotel. Friendly staff. Very pleasant check in, and checked out through the exceptional TV in my room. Great beds, quiet and super clean. Breakfast needs some work.

Clean Hotel with Great Breakfast Offerings

Loved this hotel. It's new (Summer 2018), modern, and clean. The rooms are streamlined, compact, and have everything you'd need for an overnight stay. Breakfast options are outstanding: freshly ground coffee beans for your coffee; hot, wrapped breakfast choices (omelet or egg sandwich); granola; breakfast cookies; Nutella spread; yogurt; etc. All grab and go options. The only issue we had was that the climate control unit in our room was extremely loud, which interrupted our sleep at times. Despite this (probably just a glitch with the unit in our room), we would definitely stay at Avid again if passing through OKC.

Nice, new hotel - great service, clean rooms

We appreciated the friendly staff, clean rooms and open breakfast area. We were here just to hang out, and because of the weather and other factors, ended up spending a lot of time in our room. The blackout shades are AWESOME.

This Hotel is Amazing!

I never stayed at such a high end hotel for a great price. This hotel is here to impress with such a breath taking property and rooms. All parts of this hotel are modern and clean. When i checked in the staff was very friendly and helpful. When i got to my room my TV greeted me with an awesome display showing my name, IHG status, points, and news..... Just wow.
The room is very spacious as well as the bathroom. The only complaint i have is that the hot water heater was not very hot and i had heard weird noises in the hall way and ceiling. But overall this place was awesome!

Not what I expected but pleasantly surprised

Loved the retro look. Very minimalist design which is fine because hotels can be wasteful. Breakfast options were unexpected (since it was my first time) but not disappointed with them. 24 hour coffee much appreciated. Grab-Go might be ideal for business people, but it did not have a purpose for my family.
Rooms were smaller than other hotels but for the price - I’m happy with that set up. Actually like the TV closer to the bed (size of tv was ideal).

Staff was upbeat and extremely helpful during a stressful time with the virus stuff constantly changing. Love
your coffee set up. Staff was continually cleaning wiping making sure everything was disinfected I was very impressed with the staff at this hotel!

A nice hotel

Avid is much nicer than most hotels in the same price range. The room was smaller but higher quality. Things like a bigger TV, blackout shades. The room that I stayed in did not have a tub and like most hotels the water was way to soft. Breakfast was the low point but still not too bad.
