Worst hotel and customer service ever. Pool area was full of trash and dirty towels everywhere, unattended kids, no lifeguard, no microwave. Found marihuana at the desk drawer in the room, fair to say my kids were staying in that room, which means poor cleaning.

I have stayed at the Saint John Crown Plaza in the past, but I have to say the hotel has had a complete overhaul and looks great and the amenities are fantastic.

Broken elevator, garbage food, blood stained towels, bed missing sheets, fridge broken, room never swept, garbage taken bags never replaced, no hot water, cold food in breakfast area, repeatedly had to ask for coffee to be made,

I had a bad evening with my lady a gentleman walked into our room while she was laying in only her underwear ashamed she couldn't sleep rest of nite worry somebody else would enter plus they locked me out management only resolve was 300 points SMH they gotta do better 😔 because I love holiday inn

Located just one mile off I-95 in New London, midway between Boston & New York, 2 blocks from the Amtrak Station, Orient Point, Long Island & Block Island Ferries, 15 minutes from the Groton-New London Airport, 45 minutes from T.F. Green Airport & Bradley Airport. The Holiday Inn-New London offers 120 well-appointed guestrooms, including four deluxe suites. Comfortable bed and customer service at the front was extremely friendly

We were there for a cheer competition, we got there early so we could swim in the pool. The pool was nice, when we went to our room the restaurant was loud with a live band. It wasn’t an issue after 10 pm. The food there was ok but my girls and I wish it was a pub style as it is only Italian food so not much to choose from and it was pricey. The hostess in the restaurant there was less than friendly in the pm and am. The hotel desk staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Our tv stopped working, I went down to the desk because she was the only one working unfortunately and she came up to try and help us. Once she saw our tv was acting up, she quickly switched our room to next door so we wouldn’t have to lug anything up or down the elevator. She was an absolute sweetheart! Checking in and out was super easy as well!
