Welcome to the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Southeast Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Conveniently located just outside of downtown Oklahoma City off of Interstate 35 and South East 15th.Nearby attractions include the Bricktown Entertainment District, Chesapeake and Cox convention centers, the OKC Boathouse District, Oklahoma City Bombing Memorial, Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, National Cowboy Hall of Fame, National Softball Hall of Fame, and the Oklahoma City Will Rogers Airport (OKC).
The OU Medical Center and Children’s Hospital, Saint Anthony’s Hospital, and the Veteran’s Administration Center are 3 miles from the hotel. We are the perfect location for local attractions, including the Oklahoma City Thunder basketball games, Oklahoma City Dodgers Baseball, OKC Zoo, Science Museum, and Scissortail park.

Comfortable room, clean, great central location.

Great location in relation to downtown OKC, as it's about a 6 minute drive to downtown. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is quiet. The staff is very kind and pleasant. We unfortunately went o breakfast at 930 (30 minutes prior shutdown), and thus there were a lot of other patrons eating at the same time. The single person working was very busy, but he couldn't keep up with demand. That was frustrating, but I should have known better than to try to eat at that time. Breakfast was decent, but I've had better. I simply blame the timing. The person working did the beast he could. I would and will definitely stay at the hotle again. The hot tub was out of service, so I was a bit let down about that too. I've stayed here multiple times. All previous times I've had zero issues, so I'll just say this is a one-off.

Neonlit room, $50 early checkin, no lobby coffee.

Issues: Neon-lit room, with curtains that don't close as they are fixed to the wall, $50 early check in even for club member for one hour even, no lobby coffee at all. Good: very good variety of hot food at breakfast plus fruits. When I arrived lobby staff ignored me and after taking a call resumed talking to a delivery truck driver. Nice! Location super convenient to I287, 46, and 80. 40 mins to NYC if no traffic

Had to change rooms 3 times as the beds had stains and hair in the bed and the bathroom was very dirty.

Like it BUT

I have been staying here since the hotel opened and prior to that I stayed at the other Staybridge that is now closed. Overall it is good but for at least the last 4 years I have been disappointed each time and ask myself why do I continue to stay here and the answer is that as of now there is not enough hotels in Lincoln with a 2 bedroom suite but that is changing. My problem is the same every time, HOUSEKEEPING!!!
IT IS HORRIBLE. I usually stay over a weekend and they have a sign that says if you want service on Saturday or Sunday you must notify us on Friday before 5pm. I always ask for light service like towels and trash removal. it NEVER happens. I stayed for 2 weeks last time and my room would not be cleaned for several days at a time. This stay I told them when I checked in on Thursday I wanted Saturday and Sunday service and I verified with front desk early Friday morning and they said we dont do weekend service and I stated that there is a sign in my room that says they do if I notify them and she said that it had already been notified in my notes to the room. I have my family come visit me and it is embarrassing to have towels all on the bathroom floor or no toilet paper. I am handicapped and use a cane or wheelchair to get around. It is really difficult to carry towels and toilet paper to my room using a cane. I am really sad that management can not get this housekeeping issue fixed. Honor what you show or remove the signage. The breakfast is good but for the first time ever I encountered a very rude person doing the breakfast on Saturday. I did not bother to go back on Sunday or Monday. Never received Recognition as a member. Pool and Jacuzzi was not working for 3 of my 4 days. I am not sure if I will continue to pay over 300.00 a night to stay in a room that is not cleaned everyday.

Not the Crowne Plaza experience I expected.

Upon entry, 6 staff were milling about and behind the desk, it took me asking who to go to to check in. Carpets in lobby have black stains in high traffic areas. Breakfast was terrible. Cold, prepackaged mini muffins, white or what bread and cold cereal. Eggs, potatoes and bacon, which they ran out of, had to be told it was empty, with none ready, so it was a 30 minute wait to get a complete breakfast. We've had many better at the Holiday Inn Express, honestly, and certainly not what yours expect at a CP. The toilet ran and needed to be serviced, and the shower gel was empty, completely. One bed looked like it had been made without changing with clear wrinkles where someone had slept in the bottom sheet. Then to charge me $12 to park overnight??? Are you kidding me??? This was the worst Crowne Plaza experience in my long history with the chain, having held platinum elite status for many years.

Issues with Room when Unresolved

The hotel need an upgrade as the bathroom tubs have dinks in the porcelain. The bathroom door would not stay open. Most critically the light near the lounge was broken. When I complained to the front desk, they told me it would not be fixed until Thursday and I was there Sunday to Friday. I asked for a room change and they could not accommodate me. Also on Thursday the light was still not fixed, so I dealt with this the entire stay without any apology from the facility. Poor Customer Service.

Great hotel and spacious having own beach

Hotel is big and spacious having own beach . One can enjoy swimming in beach but Indian dinner and breakfast is not available. They don’t have idea how to cook the Indian dishes , I had dosa and poha in the restaurant but taste wasn’t good and cannot eat . Don’t recommend to eat Indian food inside the hotel

Super soft mattress ruined our stay

We loved the sleek design and amenities, but, unfortunately, the soft mattress resulted in restless sleep for us.
