They charge your card several times without reason.

I stayed there on a business trip and my company paid for the room. I gave the hotel my cerdit card for the Incidentals which is normal although I did not use the mini bar or the anything comparable to that. I checked out way before checkout time and started noticing several pending charges to my card and one completed charge to my card. That no one was able to give me a complete answer to what I was being charged for. I had to freeze my card and file a dispute against the hotel. So If you want money stollen go ahead, stay there.

Located in the centre of Paris, the Holiday Inn® Paris - Elysées hotel lies in the Golden Triangle, a high-end shopping destination for chic Parisians. Fashion boutiques line the nearby Champs-Elysées and Faubourg de Saint-Honoré, and major visitor attractions are easily accessible. It's a two-minute walk to Miromesnil Metro Station, and less than an hour by public transport to Charles de Gaulle Airport and Paris Orly Airport.

Beds appeared to have bed bugs. They said the sheets were just dirty and changed them.
Asked to change rooms and they didn’t refund money for getting a smaller room.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dayton-Huber Heights hotel is in a prime location near I70 and I 75, we're just minutes from area companies and attractions. The hotel is only seven miles from the Dayton International Airport. Our corporate travelers, will enjoy our 24-hour Business Center with computer, fax, and copy services, and free high speed wireless Internet.
We are located in close proximity to Aida, Bowser-Morner, Inc., ABF Freight, Trimble and Wright Patterson AFB. Our hotel is also a good choice for leisure travelers, as they can attend shows at the Victoria Theater or the Rose Music Center, walk through the historic Oregon District, ice skate in RiverScape MetroPark or visit Wright State, Dayton and Wittenberg Universities. NEVER STAY HERE - SAFETY CONCERNS

Was stuck in the elevator and had to call 911 to get out as their emergency button in the elevator wasn't connected to emergency services. Turns out there was a sign near by that the elevator was out of service. After I was out, they placed the signed back on the elevator and were told not to use it until it was serviced. Later that night they took the sign off again and let others go back on it. I shouldn't have to call 911 to get out of an elevator that they knew was already not working correctly.
They ac didn't work in the 1st room i was assigned, the 2nd room the entire floor smelled like weed. We ended up on the 4th floor even after the elevator went down so we had no choice but to take the stairs. I have major back issues with surgery.
Then out heater didn't work that night, the ceiling fan was about to fall out of the ceiling. The tub wouldn't hold water to take a bath.
Then the breakfast was a joke, they didn't have anything and weren't refilling it, didn't have tongs to grab some of the food items. Other food items were still frozen when they were under a heat lamp.
I will NEVER BE BACK HERE AGAIN!

The check in experience was great. When I had an issue with the shower the manager was unable to resolve my issue and did not seem to care.

I wouldn’t stay at this location again. If there are any issues with the room, you will not be satisfied with the results. Also, the rooms are extremely small, and the barn doors on the bathroom are problematic

Not up to standard

The hotel is getting run down, the staff is not at all helpfull. Quests smoking dope in the hotel and no own cared to deal with it. Very low water pressure. Not a good hotel stay experience.

We stayed for business travel we check out one room and we left our own shampoo and conditioner and when we ask front desk they said they do not have it and they throw it away, we are still in the hotel when we book two room. It is our first experience that we are still at the hotel and our stuff is gone. In our own business we make sure that customer is always feel safe and secured.

Too many people. Pool crowded. So many people in-line for breakfast they ran out of pancakes. My kids were very upset and hungry, had to take them somewhere else to eat.

Many unfortunate issues and all could have been corrected, but was ignored or communication broke down. From bugs, no soap, a noisy a/c unit to dirty floors and having the GM taking his staffs word over mine, to a platinum member, soon to be a diamond. A request was to make the terrible situation at least forgivable, I was presented with 10,000 points. That would not satisfy 1 night, but spending 4 night at a cost over $1,000, I thought the GM was more in favor listening to his staff and not paying attention to the customer. After talking to several of the staff members about addressing the issues for 2 days straight, I was accused of providing facts that did not correlate with the staffs facts. I took pictures and pointed out those that I spoke with and still the GM took their word. The maintenance person did not speak English and used his phone to translate, but still the GM thought that there was NOT a communication issue. I will refuse to go back to that hotel and may stop going back to any Holiday Inn, if this is their training is based on taking their staffs word regardless of what the customer says. I would highly recommend staying away, at least to this hotel, until they retrain the GM on customer satisfaction.
