Good place to stay but I didn't appreciate that I had to pay $10 for parking. Also it has no swimming pool.

The Holiday Inn & Suites Boca Raton North is nestled inside the peaceful Park of Broken Sound. Conveniently located near I-95 at Yamato Road, we are minutes from sunny Florida beaches, Florida Atlantic University and Lynn University. We are located minutes from downtown Boca Raton and less than a mile from Canon, Johnson Controls and the Boca Raton Innovation Campus. We are centrally located near both Palm Beach International Airport and Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport.
If you are staying with us for a night or a month you will enjoy that each of our guestrooms are two room suites equipped with a sofa sleeper, work area, two televisions, a Keurig coffeemaker, refrigerator and microwave. Complimentary amenities include parking, Wi-Fi and Fitness Center. And just in case you forgot something or want a snack the Market offers a quick and easy option for you to purchase those items.

It's fine but it's definitely a tired old building

This hotel fits the tired old hotel stereotype. It's fine for somewhere to go in between going to other places but it doesn't impress anywhere. My room was fine enough but definitely showing it's vintage with terrible lighting and I would describe the decorating as dorm room utilitarian. Plugs next to the bed were worn out and I had to push the little reset button multiple times. Lots of noise from the pool area and the exterior gates. Blackout curtains are spaced too far from the windows so they let in a ton of light at the edges from the extremely well lit parking lot. Thankfully I was barely there except in the morning and late evenings.

Aircon drip

We stayed here for four nights in room 702. We learnt on arrival that this hotel had been a covid isolation hotel. It has been totally renovated since. I did wonder if this included the aircon system. In our room there was a continual drip of water from the aircon. This had been happening some time as the carpets where the drips landed was discolored and wet. We complained twice about the driping which was constant and could be heard during the night. Maintenance was promised but the drip didn't stop. There was no offer to move us to a different room.
Apart from the dripping aircon the hotel is OK . Breakfast is standard fare. Staff were courteous and helpful. Location is good. Walking distance to the skybus and trams run close by to both the city and Albert Park.

Holiday Inn Stay - Orlando

We enjoyed our stay at the property - all the features you expect of a Holiday Inn Express and very well located in terms of restaurant selection and a nearby Walmart. However, we booked the hotel because it offered an airport shuttle and were advised to phone to book the shuttle as soon as picked up our luggage. We did this and were told where to wait for the shuttle and that it would be there in 20 - 30 minutes. It did not arrive as scheduled and it took 3 calls to the hotel, each time with a promise that it would be there in 20 - 30 minutes. After having been on a plane for 5+ hours, not the kind of service you expect or need at the start of your vacation. In addition, there no mention or apology for the delay by the staff at the hotel when we checked in.

Horrible experience

Extremely noisy area. Outdated rooms. Dirty bathroom. No guest keys were given out. Pool was not heated. The construction started at 6:00 am with machinery and constant noise. Could not get sufficient rest.

Welcome to the newly renovated Candlewood Suites NE Stafford. We offer rooms with modern amenities a countertop stove, fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you might need, a microwave, and a full-size refrigerator. You can easily do your laundry any time of the day (or night) in our courtesy laundry room, you can also buy detergents, Clorox and fabric softener at our convenient front desk store. Please enjoy our well-equipped gym open 24 hours a day, even on the weekends!!

Booked here for 3 adults during a sports tournament and I utilized approximately 30000 points that I’ve acquired traveling for business.
Room was so dirty we left and to this day have never received our points back or a call from IHG as requested.
“Platinum elite” or whatever they call my member status means nothing.

Lukewarm water in shower

I would not recommend this hotel if you prefer hot showers. The water in the shower was lukewarm my entire stay and I complained to the front desk…however…the issue was not resolved.

Not horribly bad, but noisy due to room given

Well, in general, I usually like a Holiday Inn Express. The actual hotel was pretty ok, nice bed, in-room coffee maker, microwave, refridgerator. The fitness center was really just a small room with 2 cardio machines, but at least it was something. I chose to do yoga in my room, though. The indoor pool seemed ok, and warm, though I did not use it. The included hot & cold breakfast was a fairly decent offering (the expected), & the front desk personnel were nice.
However, my room, 130, not a great location. It is at the corner of the wing that leads to the pool & fitness center, which appeared convenient at first. I soon learned that it meant I would hear all foot traffic to those areas AND through the glass doors JUST OUTSIDE MY WINDOW. I literally could not open my curtains unless I wanted to watch everyone coming in and going out, and let them watch me. I could have watched while certain guests who smoke stood just outside the doors, propping them open despite the sign saying not to, and allowing smoke into the building (I'm allergic). Weirdly, the fact that this hotel is just off a highway is not what made it noisy. Those noises were only a few-- but there was a ton of door slamming and kids running and adults pounding thru the hallway next to me & above me. I did ask one of the front desk personnel to help in that situation, & they were nice, but I am not sure what actually followed. So, it was a rough 2 nights of not enough sleep. Maybe a different room would have worked out better?
Also, I was surprised that no one from housekeeping came while I was gone to a conference during the day, but I only stayed 2 nights. I know some hotels only do housekeeping every few days unless requested. Perhaps this is one of them. If not, then that would need to be addressed as well.
I don't regret staying here completely, but had I known it would be this way, I would have requested another room quickly. The front desk worker offered a different room to me at nine pm on the second night, but at that point I wasn't going to pack up and move just to go to bed before getting up early to pack again and leave. Having said that, that particular room is quirky enough that those issues (location and how it affects noise & privacy) should probably be revealed before a person agrees to stay there.

I did ask one of the front desk personnel to help in that situation, & they were nice, but I am not sure what actually followed. So, it was a rough 2 nights of not enough sleep. Maybe a different room would have worked out better?
Also, I was surprised that no one from housekeeping came while I was gone to a conference during the day, but I only stayed 2 nights. I know some hotels only do housekeeping every few days unless requested. Perhaps this is one of them. If not, then that would need to be addressed as well.
I don't regret staying here completely, but had I known it would be this way, I would have requested another room quickly. The front desk worker offered a different room to me at nine pm on the second night, but at that point I wasn't going to pack up and move just to go to bed before getting up early to pack again and leave. Having said that, that particular room is quirky enough that those issues (location and how it affects noise & privacy) should probably be revealed before a person agrees to stay there.
