Falta de mantenimiento a infraestructura

La habitación al momento que nos la entregaron revisamos qué todo funcionará pero nos percatamos qué el aire acondicionado marcaba un error se le informó a recepción para que nos dejaran funcionando el aire tardaron en atender este problema y al final se pidió que nos cambiaran la habitación ya que no les di tiempo dar solución a esto, realmente les sugiero que se den su tiempo para poder ya sea dar un mantenimiento correctivo a sus instalaciones o actualizar todo el edificio

Falta de limpieza en camas

Cuando recibimos la habitación revisamos que todo estuviera funcionando y en orden, al parecer todo estaba bien nos dimos una ducha y al momento de que mi esposa decidió acostarse para dormir se percato que la cama y las sábanas y colchas tenían un olor muy penetrante a orines, inmediatamente llamé a recepción exponiendo esta problemática y el chavo muy amable me respondió y me dijo que en breve me hacía el cambio de habitación, al cambiar habitación volvimos a revisar habitación y todo parecía mejor que la otra, pero por lo que me he dado cuenta que no hay mucho enfoque o atención en limpieza de habitaciones qué a simple vista no se percata uno

Lamentablemente este hotel está muy mal atendido

Hace años era una buena opción, ahora que regresé lamentablemente el hotel está en decadencia y muy mal mantenido, solo funciona un elevador que además es muy lento, no pude apagar el aire acondicionado, la habitación no tenía plancha, tuve que solicitarla varias veces, los depósitos de shampoo y crema no tenían, el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba, tuve que hablar desde mi celular a la recepción (para el tema de la plancha). lo único rescatable es el personal, que es muy amable. por el precio del hotel, personalmente la proxima vez buscare otra opcion

Excellent staff

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Upon check in, I was given two IHG goodie bags that contained chips, water, and trail. Mix my kids love that. we had arrived too late for dinner so the front desk refunded me the cost. We did have dinner the second night and the bartender went above and beyond to make sure there was something by three year-old was happy eating. The food was good quality. I was pleasantly surprised a breakfast had a good variety and one of the servers brought my kids coloring papers and crayons to keep them occupied. The staff was very friendly and we felt well taken care of.

Location and staff are great but the room is just clean and comfortable

Clean room and friendly staff. If you want just a room it works great.Not a lot of amenities. My grandkids did love the pool but the lack of microwave... This hotel is geared more towards adults and business travelers

Nit much at writing reviews and don’t particularly enjoy being asked to fill out these questionnaires. Our stay was great and the staff was excellent. Parking was close and convenient. Would and will stay there again.
