Uncomfortable & stressful stay

Tower B elevator was closed from ground floor due to restaurant expansion for Ramadan without any signs showing how to get to my room
At the Ground floor elevator of tower B , gas tanks are stored their without any concern about safety

Floor G in tower B elevator was accessible from up to down while it’s closed with gas tanks giving very unpleasant feeling
I informed the reception staff with these comments while I am checking out and till now I received nothing from the hotel management to elaborate more and check for the reason behind the complaint which in return confirming my impression about them that they are giving ZERO value for the guests

Not a good impression for my first stay at Holiday Inn. I will stick to accommodations next door. The hotel I usually stay at was sold out of Double beds and I did book months in advance. I arrived by 6:30pm but had already paid for the booking.

Driving an needed rest

On the second floor. Complained twice after 4pm check in of kids running in room above. Nothing happened asked to move , no call back. Call again at 4am about noise upstairs and sorry but nothing changed. Terrible night sleep.

Major Let Down

I’ve stayed here so many times, brought colleagues with me, ate in the restaurant drank in the bar, wrote favorable reviews. Not this one. Caught up in the LHR fire, they would not let me extend nights, I can understand that, but they would not even allow for a late checkout despite my status. They said I could try the connected Express who immediately took advantage of stranded people by quickly raising their rates to an excessive level!! Staff could care less about the situation. Another major chain just a bit of a further walk. They now have my business after all these years.

The only reason I didn’t give higher ratings is the beds are old, the elevator not working and the breakfast is not good. Plan to eat somewhere else.

The couch in the suite was absolutely filthy

Nice staff, can't vouch for cleanliness of the room or the cleanliness of the furniture. We got a suite so that one could watch TV while the other one is asleep. The couch was so filthy, we didn't want to touch it.

Most staff nice but hotel needs serious upgrades

While this hotel is in a nice area and looks okay in the outside, it needs a serious revamp on the inside to fit the price point. The room my husband and I stayed in was seriously worn down with stains on the ceiling, rust marks in the tub, and stains on the couch. It was also not cleaned. I did respond to a text that was either from the hotel or IHG asking about the room and my request for housekeeping to rectify one simple issue in my room was never completed.

Poor amenities

The room was good & comfortable. The pool was dirty & kept being told not to use due to some chemical being put in there. The jacuzzi was not in working order. No water in jacuzzi. Was not able to use the washing machine due to it having issues & use at own risk. The dryer was completely out of order. I was disappointed because of the amount I had to pay & was not able to use these amenities. Management needs to have these things in working order.

Will not recommend or stay at this location. Horrible location and staff. The staff wasn’t comforting at all. Room was dirty had to be moved.
