Our hotel's near the Mystic Seaport and adjacent to the Mystic Marinelife Aquarium, providing fun for the entire family. Feel free to enjoy the various sea life exhibits at the aquarium before you take a stroll through the Olde Mistick Village for a glimpse of historic New England life. Adults can also make plans to test their luck at the Mohegan or Foxwoods casinos while visiting us in Mystic, Connecticut.
Our hotel's corporate guests love our finely appointed business center. We provide e-mail, fax, copy and print services, so feel free to catch up on some work outside of the office. Great place to stay for family getaway!

Stayed there with my fiancé and our 3 kids and we loved it! The room was clean, big enough for all 5 of us, and we had everything we needed. If I had to say one negative thing, the people above us had a child that ran back and forth at night and in the morning so it was a little loud, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Pool was great for the kids. All of us LOVED the continental breakfast and looked forward to it every morning. Location was perfect, right across the street from the shops and aquarium and only 15 minutes from Foxwoods. We will definitely stay there again.

This location is dated and need renovation.
Hallways looks dirty.
Tub faucet leaks, first morning it took for ever to get warm water.
from 10 nights 9 times the same warm breakfast, only one kind of bagel, only apples, Pankake machine broken, every morning run out of coffee,
Staff is very friendly. Hotel has very good shuttle to airport.
Used laundry and water stayed on floor as drain was blocked.

Rude staff

I would never stay at this hotel again the staff was extremely rude when I mentioned I was going to call IHG they weren't going to let me stay because I asked for a late checkout as the gold elite member the only way they would give me a late check out was if I paid an additional fee they went as far as to even try and take the room back from me I them that it wasn't safe for me to drive that I have been up for many hours attending a memorial service for this family member

Comfortable Stay

Very friendly staff for check in and check out. The manager even made it a point to ask about my stay. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. Many choices for breakfast; love the Kuerig in the room with choices of tea or coffee.

Friendly staff, but below standards of other Holiday Inn Express

Staff were friendly and responsive. Check-in was quick and easy. Room smaller than the previous King with couch rooms I have stayed at with Holiday Inn Express in the past. Only shower and no tub (which is stated but I should have confirmed before booking). No crib available upon request. Juices at breakfast were watered down. Most of the food was average expect the signature cinnamon rolls.

Decent location, good price, kitchen noisy

Refrigerator made irregular tapping noises all night. Something spilled behind bathroom door and not cleaned. Bed comfortable. Check-in moved like (Texas) molasses. Close to expressway but not to anything else, like restaurants.

Great Experience

I stayed here because I was going to a J-hope from BTS concert the next day and I’m glad I did. Check-in was easy, and the check-in lady was so nice and welcoming! Also, the room was spotless, so I don't have any complaints. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit San Antonio!

Great service and stay

This was one of the best experiences I have had at a Holiday Inn. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and I loved being able to relax at the pool at the end of my day. I would definitely stay here again.

Extremely noisy/disrespectful guests

Many aspects of our stay conformed to what we expected: easy check-in, nice room, comfortable bed, etc. The one thing that disrupted this stay was the widespread rudeness of the nearby guests! Neither of us go ANY SLEEP AT ALL! Several of the guests continued partying in the hallways well after 3am, repeated (cordial) requests for quiet were honored for about 5 minutes and the raucousness/noise resumed.
