Loved the option of a blackout room or full view from the window with the roll down shade! Also loved the tiled floor to keep it clean and no carpet!

Cool new concept, but still plenty of issues to work out

This minimalist hotel concept focuses on doing the most important things well, and leaving out the extras. It mostly succeeded in that regard - the room was small, but very clean, and the bed was excellent. The bathroom was very clean as well, with nice eco-friendly pump dispensers of high quality soap and shampoo. My only complaint was the system intended to connect your phone or computer to the TV for media streaming - it was entirely non-functional even after calling the front desk to report and spending half an hour in conversation with Tech Support. They said the entire location was down, and that they'd "escalate" the issue - but we never heard back and it never became functional during our stay.

This was my first Avid hotel experience. Don’t let the small room scare you off. The room is very cozy and the capability to stream your content to the TV is awesome. The bed is very comfortable, firm and soft all at the same time. The room was by far one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to. If your on the go or have other plans for breakfast, the grab and go options are nice as they can be consumed on your schedule. The only down side was the staff didn’t have many recommendations for the area. Over all I would recommend this hotel and look forward to staying at this and other Avid Hotels in the future.

It was awesome, modern, and I would do it again. They rooms are cozy, the staff was great. I felt welcomed, important, and valued. The food was great, and parking was easy. I felt safe and secure. Acces in and out from the raods was good.
