Hotel did not properly check us in and when I arrived back to the hotel late at night I walked into a room where someone was sleeping that the hotel double booked.

Overall this stay was very pleasant. We initially booked a double queen size suit, one of the beds was off track and we brought this to the staffs attention! The staff members attempted to address this manner in the best way which was taking $12 off our total room cost, which we weren’t too happy about that! In the end we ended up switching rooms, and they allowed us to keep the discounted price.

Experience the absolute comfort and convenience of our suite hotel in Enterprise, AL.
The Candlewood Suites® hotel is located in Enterprise Alabama is Pet Friendly and a great place for business and leisure travelers alike. Set in the heart of southern Alabama, the hotel's property is near Fort Novosel and just above the Florida Panhandle. Business travelers, especially military personnel, are well accommodated, as this hotel's location is near Fort Novosel, which is one of the primary facilities for U.S. Army Aviation training. Fort Novosel is also home to the Army National Guard and Army Fleet Support. Although the area's business is primarily military, other companies, like Pilgrim's Pride, General Dynamic and Ben E. Great value during remodeling

Enjoyed the value but you’ll have to put up with extra noise during the day. Gym needs equipment replacement or repair. Laundry also needs new machines. Only had one working dryer.

Comfy bed but will not come back.

I work for Sony and I always travel for work. I looked up this hotel and seen nice pictures and decided to stay here. Upon my arrival I was already super exhausted and couldn’t wait to get into my room. I checked in and got my room. Upon going into my room I felt Nauseous... The room smelled like Cigarettes, it was dusty, carpet, couch and countertops dirty and the phone didn’t work so I couldn’t even call the front. I had to gather my belongings and go down. I was given a new room that was a little bit cleaner and didn’t smell but the quality wasn’t the best. Then I had issues with my shower and noticed there was water damage in the floors so I know I wasn’t the first guest to have issues. The bathroom design wasn’t good. I had to hold the shower head and turn off the water to soap my body and hair because if I placed the shower head in the holder the water would shoot out of the bathroom and I was afraid to damage something and lose my $400 deposit. I stood 4 days for work and it was uncomfortable for me. I was unhappy and the solutions the hotel provided were close to none except for the friendly morning texts.

quick getaway

the room was nice for one night. upon leaving I found an empty water bottle and some other item which indicated to me that the room was not cleaned well enough or properly by the housekeeper. Unfortunately, I discovered this upon checking around before I checked out of the room. I made me feel very uncomfortable and I was disappointed and prayed that the rest of the room was cleaned well enough so that I don't come in contact with COVID.
