I have stayed here repeatedly since the hotel was first built 10 or 15 years ago. It was once sort of high end, but more or less closed down during the pandemic, I think it became a homeless shelter. Since then, it has been spruced up, but basic amenities are lacking. I never had really hot water, at best it was warm. The lighting is the rooms is so dark that I wore a headlight all night until I went to bed. Breakfast which used to be included as part of status in IHG is no longer. The amenities are really sparse even by Holiday Inn standards. Parking in the lower level is quite confusing. It seems to be the norm now. Before checking in, there is no way to get to the lobby without an extensive walk outside. I’m wondering if the hotel is evolving brand identities?

I had no problem with my stay at the hotel, although I find it strange that this particular property starts it breakfast station at 6:30am. I feel like the working people far outweigh the leisure people. Why would you start your breakfast at 6:30am, unlike all the other properties I have stayed at starting at 6:00am. Most of the working people have to be at work by 7:00am. There is no way you can eat at 6:30 and make it to work by 7:00am. I think you should rethink your starting time for breakfast, unless that is the point. Start late and eliminate most of your customers from having the opportunity to enjoy a small breakfast. I'm sure this saves you a bunch of money!

The room was extremely hot and the aircon was terrible. Followed instructions on wall I had on temp 16c and max fan speed basically I was awake till 2-3am and had to rise at 5am Exhausted all the next day as lack of sleep. Really bad experience and let down Holiday inn.
Please be aware regarding aircon and comfort as wish i knew this information beforehand.

The location was good, the overall hotel was not up to standards. Walls were dirty, my room water pressure in the shower was bad, the breakfast was horrible. Cold potatoes bacon was greasy and limp. and french toast was cold and limited.was there for a girls trip and was not satisfied. other locations may have been better

The staff was very friendly and accommodating at check in
The floors were not clean. My socks were filthy See Attached photo. I was not Not sliding on the floors, just simply walking. There was blood on one of the pillows. The shower had a Very slow drain. I was glad that I was only there for one night.
I can only assume this is a result from the hotel being under staffed.

Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Pulling in to te hotel was interesting, as it is a "shared lot". Parking was interesting and side entrance wasn't "working". Apple tags on carts made me wonder. Breakfast was disappointing. Coffee was nasty, only Earl Grey tea, no bater in pancake machine, Very Limited bread choices and no butter. I was thankful to grab one of the last cinnamon buns, as there was no one around refilling anything.

upon our arrival, the TV remote did not work. back battery cover was completely gone. called front desk, responded, the maintence crew was gone for the day. ask about another remote or new batteries, he said would check but never returned any response. some rebate would be appreciated.

The Staff was awesome but the room was subpar. Scotch Tape was used to support the towel rod falling apart in the room. The hot water wasn't consistently available. The tv had a huge scratch across the screen. The AC unit blew air that smelled mildewy. The hot cold sign in the shower was installed upside down which was confusing. Other than that the hotel was great value.

I stay at the even hotel pretty often and I usually have a pleasant stay. This particular time my car was broken into and everything was stolen out of it. I let the front desk know and asked to see the cameras so I could see who stole my values and they stated I needed a police report. I called the police and got a report and case number and provided it to the staff and they still would not let me see the cameras. This has been almost a week ago and I have not heard anything back from the manager who I was told was going to give me a call and never did. The day of checkout, I woke up to the living room area and bathroom area flooded. Most of my belongings were wet. The only thing they did was come and pick up the wet towels and sheets. The sheets were not clean also. I did not get any kind of complementary anything for this horrible stay. I'm just really upset the manager did not reach out to me. She just texted over a week ago asking for the case number but nothing has been done.
