1- سيارة الأوتيل غير ملتزمة بالموعد والمكان وعدم المام السائق بالوصول الى التنفيذي في المطار وايضاًعدم معرفة استخدام اللوكيشن وتأخير ساعه لاستلامنا من المطار الى الأوتيل
2- اليوم الثاني طلبنا سيارة من الاوتيل لمعرض الظهران وكان الوقت 11:30 صباحاًسجلو الوقت مساءً
3- السيارة حضرت الصباح تأخير ساعة عن الموعد وكانت سيارة غير لائقة بمستوى فندق 5 نجوم هونداي مصدومة وغير نظيفة
4- مواقف الأوتيل سيئة وماكينات التكييف نازلة مما يؤدي الى ايقاف جزء من السيارة خارج الموقف لعدم الاصطدام بماكينة التكييف
5- ايضاً المواقف اقل من عدد السكان مما لا يتوفر موقف شاغر في بعض الايام مما نضطر للوقوف خارج الأوتيل وعند الدخول من مكان نزول السيارات لاستخدام المصعد يتم ذلك بالمرور من مكان تجمع مخلفات الأوتيل وأكياس النفايات للتوجه الى مصعد الموقف روائح كريهة جداً
5- اثاث الأوتيل غير نظيف ومتهالك حسب الصور المرفقة
التنظيف اليومي سيئ
6- الحمام لايوجد فيه شامبو علب الشامبو وغسول اليدين والجسم معبأة بنفس المنتج وعلب الشامبو عند المغسلة وعلبتين غسول اليدين عند البانيو
واستمر الخطأ 4 ليالي طول فترة الإقامة

فندق لا يصلح للعوائل. المطعم يسكر الساعه ١١ و بعدها شباب و بنات ينزلوا الشيش و ضحك و لعب و صوت عالى للتلفزيون في الجلسات الخارجية للمطعم الين ٢ الفجر.
الي ينام بدري، الي جاي مع اهله و يدور مكان محترم. أبعد بعدا تام.

-Le parking, qui ressemble à un terrain vague, n'est pas pratique lorsque l'on voyage avec un bébé (valise + poussette).
-La chambre initialement attribuée était inaccessible avec une poussette, ce qui a nécessité un changement.
-Absence de cafetière dans les chambres et de produits dans le mini-bar
-Manque de parasols et de transats disponibles autour des deux piscines

We stayed at northampton holiday inn for 3 nights. visiting family close by. we did not have a comfortable stay. this was due to the hotel being without water totally for a period of time and without hot water for our entire stay. this meant that we were not able to use the toilet for some time and were not able to use bath or shower or even wash without boiling the kettle for water. for us the price we paid was considerable. having discussed this with reception several times they assured us that the entire hotel would be compensated for the considerable inconvenience. at checkout we were again assured that the hotel management would be in touch, the only contact that we have had is to request we fill out a feedback form. Disgusted

Holiday Inn® Brentwood M25, Jct.28 hotel is moments from M25 motorway and near Brentwood town centre. Buses run to Brentwood from right outside the hotel, and you can drive to the coast at Southend-on-Sea in around half an hour. If you have a flight to catch, London Stansted Airport (STN) is 25 minutes away by car. There's a parking pay machine outside, says pay for parking on arrival, the machine wasn't clear on how to use it and I ended up paying for 48 hours parking at £24.00. The hotel isn't able to do anything about it, they point you to a QR code on a bit of cardboard and ask you to access the parking company remotely, It's your problem and they can't help you. The parking machine couldn't give a receipt. The guy on reception didn't have a clue how the app worked and still he took my phone and tried to access it.
The service a dinner was excellent, but my company won't pay a service charge, I left a cash tip and asked for the default service charge to be removed. It wasn't, I didn't realise when I left the hotel so I had to call to ask if the charge could be removed. The person I spoke to couldn't do it, he said he'd get a manager to call me back, they still haven't called me back.

Rude managers and staff

The front desk lady was very rude did not try and help at any time she was asked about something she would say she didn’t know.
They blamed my daughter saying she smoked and pulled $150 from my account and my daughter has a brain tumor and has to go to the doctor almost every week So she can not smoke, and I give you the right to call the hospital and ask about her.
I have a solar project getting ready to start up in Simpson county with 30 personal and I will not use any IHG hotels in magee until they deposit my 150 back

Don’t get room 220, you can hear the outdoor speaker from the entrance

I could not sleep because the room was right above the hotel main entrance and i heard the outdoor speaker all night. No one in sight at the reception to help and no answer when I called the specified number. It’s too bad because the bed was very comfy and staff overall nice.

No A/C, hot water, or breakfast

I chose this hotel based on location and name - unfortunately I wasn't informed prior to my 3-day business stay there was no hot water, no A/C, no working ice machine on any floor, and no continental breakfast. I was late to work while maintenance took 1+ hours to diagnose "no hot water on site" and no forewarning continental breakfast wasn't offered. The whole stay was hot, stuffy, uncomfortable, and disappointing.
