Chillin at the holiday inn

I had never stayed at a holiday inn before and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was for the price. The breakfast was wonderful. Really large spread. Eggs. Grits, sausage. Bacon, fresh waffles, fruits and yogurt. Yum! That alone made it worth it. It was clean and quit let

Wonderful Experience!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Celebration for one night and was a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. The spacious room was clean, the king-size bed was comfortable, the service great, and we loved the shower pressure! The included breakfast buffet was an added benefit.
A week later my wife realized she left her pouch in the room containing expensive jewelry. To her surprise, housekeeping found the pouch and turned it into lost and found.
Both Veronica, who answered her initial call to inquire about the lost pouch and her manager ensured that it was safely returned!
This is a hotel that I will stay over and over and highly recommend to everyone!

Picked this hotel to be near the basketball arena and it was much more, walking distance to the arena and everything else that New Orleans is known for , food bars and letting the good time roll

Hotel is clean, ALL the staff was great, the pool was a great area they play moves and stay opened, free game room. The only reason I didn’t give the 5 stars is because there was construction going on that woke us and because the sheets weren’t super soft.

Perfect place to get away

I traveled to Florida to meet up with my daughter, who was also there with her college softball team. I traveled alone and only had a few days to connect with her and relax a little bit. Upon arrival to the hotel, I was greeted and checked in immediately, by the friendly desk host. I then went to my room to unpack and get ready to unwind. My room overlooked the palm trees pool and spa which was fantastic. The pool area was very nice and conveniently located by the bar where I enjoyed a few drinks and relaxed. I slept very soundly with no noise and complete comfort. I recommend this venue for anyone looking for that no fuss time away from real life.

Worst Hotel Ever

I had high hopes for this hotel. I can easily say that the stay at this hotel. Has made me rethink my relationship with IHG. For starters it took me almost an hour just to check in. Then the elevator wasn’t even working. Oh it gets better. I get to my floor and the ice machine doesn’t work. Finally I go to check out and wait nearly an hour to get my car that I had valet. This hotel is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. IHG should be ashamed.

Wonderful, breathtaking views. Friendly, caring, professional staff. Concierge and doormen were exceptional. Very supportive and caring for those with mobility problems. Architecture is wheelchair/scooter friendly. Mexico at its very best.

Hotel Indigo was incredible and did not disappoint. We enjoyed our stay with them. A great location for transportation and wonderful restaurants within walking distances. The staff at this hotel were incredible. Very personable and accommodating. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We truly enjoyed our stay with them and will absolutely return on our next visit to New York.
