Went there to enjoy the city life and was very disappointed. Will not be back at this facility. Not worth the time and effort. Charging for a breakfast of this quality should be against the law.

Great Location and Value

Very friendly staff at check in . I was able to work in the lobby with and without my colleague . Everywhere I went all the staff said hello and helped with whatever I needed . The location was great for all my appointments and also enjoyed the recommendations from Justin the Bartender on where to go and what to see while I had my free time. I would definitely come back and stay its easy to get where you need to go in Nashville .
I did also use the Free shuttle and would use this again to get downtown to all the attractions.

Don’t Stay Here!

1st, the grass was so tall and yard run down it looked abandoned.
2nd, looked like some urinated on the walls in the elevator. Not to mention part of the elevator was being held up with duct tape.
3rd, Hall ways had trash all up and down the hall.
4th, there was blood stains on the curtains.
5th, the hook in the bathroom was being held up with duct tape.

Hotel needs work

I booked 4 rooms for a three night stay with my family.
The hotel was nicely decorated and very clean. Everyone was so nice and helpful which is why i feel bad writing the next part
Two of the hotels 3 elevators were not working for the entire stay
Some of my family used the stairs instead of the long waits at the elevator, i feel bad for the workers who had even longer wait times
The. On the second day we made several attempts to get fresh towels (we didnt even want our room cleaned) but we were told they had not been delivered yet, finally we found staff with some towels in the hallway on the lobby floor.
This hotel is in the perfect walking distance to everything but they need to step up and work on maintenance

Excellent Service with Poor Upkeep

I was severely disappointed because I've never had an unpleasant experience with the IHG Hotel brand until my stay in New Orleans. I thought since the Super Bowl was just hosted there, the hotel would live up to the ratings I saw before making my reservation.

Descanso Imposible

Durante los 4 días fue imposible descansar. En el hotel había alojado un grupo de jóvenes que se pasaban hasta las 3-4 de la mañana con música a alto volumen, corriendo por los pasillos, con alcohol y ensuciando todo a su paso. El equipo del hotel no tomó ninguna acción al respecto, ninguno de los días. El teléfono de la recepción no funcionaba desde las habitaciones. Me he alojado en hoteles de todo el mundo, solo en hoteles de IHG he estamos más de mil noches alojado… nunca tuve una experiencia tan mala. No volvería nunca a este hotel. Espero estos comentarios sirvan para tomar mejores acciones a futuro. Muchas gracias.

Viaje a Guadalajara

No estoy satisfecho con mi estancia en Holiday Inn Guadalajara Aeropuerto.
En la habitación me salieron 2 arañas.
Durante mi estancia, el inodoro tenia una fuga que en las noches hacia ruido el goteo y constantemente se estaba rellenando el deposito haciendo mucho ruido y no dejaba dormir y durante la noche mejor decidí cerrar la llave de paso para evitar que hubiera agua en el baño.
El estacionamiento olía a estiércol y el olor se metía a la habitación.
Me toco una habitación (107) en planta baja con ventana al estacionamiento y los camiones que llegaban en la madrugada no me dejaban dormir.
El lunes en la noche no hubo internet ni canales en la TV por unos apagones en la electricidad. Estos mismos apagones hacían que durante la noche se estuviera encendiendo el A/C cada vez que regresaba la electricidad y eso también me despertaba por el ruido.
La alberca tenia el agua super helada, sugiero que deberian tener una climatizada ya que no pudimos meternos a nadar ningun dia y varios huespedes que vimos llegar tambien se arrepentian de nadar al tocar el agua y sentir la temperatura.

Pesiima Experiencia

Caja de seguridad no funcionaba. Sali a cenar y quedaron en repararle. Regresé ya noche y seguí igual.
Fueron a revisar en mi presencia y quedaron al dia siguiente cambiar la caja.
Al dia siguiente salí, me aseguré en recepción supieran que iban a reparar y/o cambiar la caja. Regresé a las 2 pm y seguía igual.
Fue un Señor de mantenimiento muy amable. Disculpandose porque no estaba enterado.
Quitó la caja y puso una nueva, que no pudo programar. Funcionaba solamente con llave. Y que le llamara cada vez que la quisera abrir. A lo que no estuve de acuerdo. Confio en mi y me dejó la llave misma que dejé en recepción al momento de hacer mi check out. Recomendé a un grupo de varios amigos que nos hospedaramos ahí. No lo vuelvo a hacer y mucho menos me hospedo.

Sin agua caliente

Durante toda la estadía no se contó con agua caliente. Argumentan que por mantenimiento , perp no hicieron por resolver y al momento de hacer reserva tampoco comentaron nada. Muy mala atención
