Welcome to the newly renovated Holiday Inn Express Stony Brook. We are less than 1 mile from Stony Brook State University and Stony Brook School of Medicine. We are the official host hotel for the Stony Brook Seawolves and welcome visiting sports teams, doctors, professors, nurses, students and their families. We are conveniently located a short distance from Brookhaven National Laboratory, Long Island High Tech Incubator. Our free shuttle provides transportation to/from Stony Brook University, Stony Brook University Hospital, Stony Brook Train Station, New York Blood & Cancer Research Center, Stony Brook Children’s Hospital, Stony Brook Cancer Center and the Smith Haven Mall. This Centereach, Setauket Hotel is minutes from Port Jefferson Village, Stony Brook Village and Long Island Museum. We offer a free hot breakfast. Stay connected with our free Wi-Fi and 24-hour business center. Stay relaxed and fit using the indoor, heated swimming pool. This 100% smoke-free hotel has newly renovated sleeping rooms, executive suites. All rooms are equipped with microwave, mini fridge & Keurig coffee maker.

This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and this location offered all of the amenities we wished for. The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is free and delicious. We'll absolutely be back!

lovely, clean, and comfortable

Was very impressed with the clean, modern, and lovely appearance of the hotel lobby, as well as the clean, modern appearance of our double room. I didn't expect there to be a refrigerator in the room - an unexpected plus! Staff was particularly accommodating. The deluxe complimentary hot breakfast was top notch!! I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to friends.

El hotel está localizado en el área de los buenos hoteles con la ventaja de estar más cerca a la Zona Colonial que con una caminata de quince (15) minutos bordeando el malecón lo lleva justo al centro. La zona es bien segura y muy vigilada.

This hotel is awful, the ac system is awful, it doesn't work well, the room was clean but stale, the whole hotel stinks, the breakfast was absolutely horrible
