tuve una estadia de 12 dias por un evento al que debiamos asistir.
Un dia coincidi con otra persona del grupo en el que ibamos en recepcion y se quejaba de la limpieza de su cuarto, a lo que yo me sume y dije que habian dejado una lata de refresco vacia y la tapa de la hielera sucia en mi habitacion.
Al dia siguiente salimos muy temprano y regresamos a las 2 de la tarde, la habitacion no estaba hecha y llame a recepcion y quedaron de enviar a alguien en 15 minutos, pasaron 45 y no aparecio nadie. Baje a recepcion y la genente Jenny me dijo que no me llenaban el ojo que ya me habia quejado y que me fuera del hotel. le pidio a su compañero de front desk que me devolviera mi dinero (aun nos quedaba 1 semana entera ya pagada) super grosera y altenera, en lugar de resolver y dar buen servicio.
La persona encargada del servicio a los cuartos intervino y se disculpo por tan mala atencion y nos envio a alguien para la limpieza de la habitacion.
Cualquier cosa buena que pudiera tener el hotel con la pesima y grosera actitud de su gerente se hechan a perder y por supuesto, ni lo recomiendo ni volveria.

Tardan mucho en el proceso del check in, tuvieron varios problemas desde que realicé mi reserva, la puse como King y me dieron queen, se escuchaba mucho ruido en mi habitación, marcaba a recepción y nadie respondía, su personal es muy amable pero tienen fallas técnicas que no le corresponden a sus empleados y los hacen cargar con ellas, la verdad volvería solamente porque los recepcionista son muy amables, pero por confort no lo haria

Noise and Poor Service

On 2 of our 3 nights there were loud conversations into the wee hours (past 1am) in various rooms on our hallway. We called down to the desk the first night and shortly after the noise dissipated (not sure if the call did anything, however). The second night we had to call twice and walk down the hallway to identify the two different rooms where the noises were coming from and let the front desk know.
After calling a second time and being told security was notified I had walked down the hall a few minutes later at 1:45am to find the "security" person was sitting on a couch at the end of the hallway watching videos on his phone. When prompted the young man did go to one of the rooms and knock. But while he knew the other room was loud, he walked right past their door for some reason.
Eventually the noise subsided.
Notified the desk the next morning and they said they'd follow up. 4 days later no follow-up.

Worst one Yet

Honestly I have stayed at Holiday Inns for the majority of my hotel stays. This was was the worst one. The breakfast was extremely poor, and this was the most expensive one yet too! The airport shuttle was super confusing and the staff was not helpful in this. I called and they said to go to floor three which I did and they said do you see a sky bridge and I said no and the guy said that's weird, and then said to call when I find it. The rooms were janky, and the bathroom was dirty. The door on the bathroom was so loud when it slid which I feel was distrustful to other guests. Also the light kept shutting off during showers.
Another thing I did not appreciate was the night time people said that the airport shuttle I only needed to come down and say I needed it and it would be there in 10 mins, however it actually only runs every 30 minutes. As you know SeaTac is busy and that 30 minutes could make or break you catching a flight.

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo in Shibuya, and while there were some positive aspects to my visit, I am not satisfied with the overall experience, particularly regarding the treatment of IHG Rewards Club members.

The staff was friendly but seemed unaware of the loyalty program’s benefits, which was disappointing.

Booked double queen room for family of 4, but got king room

Basically what the title states. We checked in at 9pm, wasn't told anything about our room being changed until we found out for ourselves. When I confronted the front desk, was told the rates for the two rooms are the same, and since we checked in "late", they basically gave away what was supposed to be our room, despite the fact that the reservation was already paid for.
Wasn't offered a cot, but was told the next day that cots were available, but wasn't offered because I didn't ask. Eventually they moved us to a double queen room after 11am the next morning.
As far as the rooms themselves were concerned, the king bed room on the first night was next to the one and only noisy elevator in the hotel. AC unit was kinda loud and made some funny noises during periodic spin up. Bathroom, while clean, could use some renovating. The 2nd room we were moved to was much better overall. Didn't have most of the problems experienced in the first room. We did find fried food crumbs under a bed corner though.

I booked a 2 night stay at this property, traveling to Houston on business. I arrived at the hotel very late in the evening. The check-in was just ok. The room was in very poor shape. i walked into a big hole in the carpet in the middle of the main area and a ripped, stained chain at the desk. In addition to these couple of things, the furniture was in poor condition, the range top in the kitchen was broke, the sink handle in the kitchen was so loose I'm surprised it didn't fall of when using it, the tv cable outlet on the TV was broke (someone used black tape just to tape it to the back of the tv to make it look like it was hooked up) and there was something either growing or attached to the wall by the ceiling in one of the corners of the room. The room was disgusting, the overall property was in very poor shape. The main level entrance didn't have any ac -- had floor fans circulating the warm air. The room experience was so terrible I checked out after 1 night and went elsewhere. Do yourself a favor, don't stay at this property. Too many other choices that you will be way more satisfied with!

Good stay but horrible service

My initial review on this property was high but after the customer service I did NOT receive its low. I stayed at this property Saturday April 19th and checked out April 20th. After our drive home on Sunday I quickly realized I left an expensive shirt in the room. I called immediately and the front desk told me that housekeeping had left for the day but would leave a message for housekeeping. I did not hear back. I called again on Monday and after about 10-15 minutes of trying to get someone to answer the phone he said he would check with housekeeping and get back with me. Again I did not hear back. I have tried calling just about everyday and STILL no response. It’s absolutely ridiculous. It’s not just about the shirt, if it’s gone it’s gone but completely ignoring and not answering my call is ridiculous. I will not stay here again
