Stylish Lima hotel with restaurant and pool
The hotel, located in the central Av. Ricardo Palma, a few meters from the Kennedy Park, heart of the district of Miraflores, have 200 rooms, spaces for meeting rooms and business center, a restaurant bar-cafeteria, gym, and the last floor, a pool accompanied by an indoor bar and a lounge. A modern architecture with clear references to the pre-Inca culture that settled in this part of the country for years, the Lima Culture. So that travelers who stay in our hotel, take the memory of an unforgettable stay for the comfort of its facilities, the personalized service offered by the team, and the Peruvian essence of design and decoration of the property.
It has been inspired by the geometric and minimalist design of the Lima culture on which they were built, the Huacas that are the main architectural references of this culture in the entire Lima region. In addition, the decoration of the rooms, will feature photographs of Maco Vargas, a talented Peruvian artist, who is developing a graphic line around the buildings of pre-Inca architecture that are spread throughout Lima. More efficient building in the use of energy resources and, consequently, in a more ecological hotel.

I booked a night at this hotel to be nearby for a meeting the next day. Firstly, I couldn't find the entrance to the parking lot. One of the two entrances was blocked off and closed, and the other had construction rubble and trucks all in the way. I drove around twice trying to figure out how to get in before I snaked my way through a construction site to even find the entrance. I waited in an empty lobby for several minutes before anyone came to check me in, seeming to have come from a round of activities I will choose not to discuss here. My first room was nearly 80 degrees and the AC was broken. The thermostat said to change the temp on the wall unit, the wall unit said to use the thermostat. After unsuccessfully trying to fix the AC I went back to the front desk. They assigned me to a new room. The second room had working AC, but half of the lights in the room didn't work or were burnt out. At breakfast the next morning, there was no attendant. I came in, got my food, ate, bussed my table, and left - nobody was there to even confirm that I had paid for breakfast.

When we arrived at the front desk we were greeted with a smile, check in was easy and fast. Upon entering our room, we noticed the walls were dirty and miss colored touch up paint on the walls. The bathroom had mildew on the celling from non-working fan. The floor tiles were separating to expose subfloor. The otto man was worn to the point of the vinal was missing in sections. The corridor carpet was stained and dirty where it looks like they haven't been cleaned in quite a while. We have stayed at many locations and this by far needs a lot of attention. The money spent WAS NOT WORTH THE VALUE!!!!

Fantastic staff, poor building.

Solid staff. They made the most of what they could. Knowledgeable and kind with being very quick. However, for this being an Intercontinental branded hotel, the actual building itself is a disgrace to the brand name. The interior resembles that of a Holiday Inn from the early 2000's. Scuff marks everywhere, very dim lighting, lights that flicker, stains on the carpet. This property gets away with being so dated because the only other competition for a nice hotel in Doral is The Trump National Doral which is 2.5x the price. This property is in desperate need of a refurb.

Not a value as a IHG member. Dingy room. Tv was hard to start. Had to unplug and replug. Staff could not add my discounts. They placed us next to maintenance room so went had to hear that noise all night.

This is my first time at this location, and I have to say that it was not a good one for taking my kids to a “resort” the garbage cans in my bedroom were disgusting and full of mold. I have taken pictures. The smell of marijuana use throughout the whole resort was extremely high. There are signs all over that this is a no smoking no vaping facility, but yet I saw people smoking vapes with marijuana. The smell alone was strong.. I used free kids coupons for dinner and they still charged me. And refused to reimburse. My kids wanted to stay an extra day to use the pool and went downstairs and asked and they said yes, that’s possible and you can use your reward points but then charged me 300 plus dollars for my room stay.

Welcome to the Holiday Inn Express Morgantown. Located in the Pierpont Center off of Exit 7 on Interstate 68, we are in a great location for those traveling through Morgantown. We are currently offering a full buffet breakfast including hot items, such as the signature cinnamon rolls! All rooms are accessed through an interior corridor for your safety. Every room is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. Our free high speed wireless internet access is perfect for any traveler, no matter where you are in our hotel. We are located within 3 miles of WVU. Must-see sights include Cooper’s Rock State Forest, WVU Football Stadium, WVU Coliseum, Monongalia County Ballpark, Frank Lloyd Wright’s Falling Water’s, Ohio Pyle, Forks of Cheat Winery, Cheat Lake, Rails and Trails, as well as several fine dining and shopping establishments. We are a short drive to Fairmont, WV, Pittsburgh, PA, and Cumberland, MD. We look forward to seeing you soon!

We found this hotel and room/Suite to be of average quality. We stayed in the middle of the March and for that time of the year, location (20 min drive to WVU swimming pool) and service/quality received it is overpriced. We paid for the Suite and based on our previous stays in different hotels we expected that Suite will include a kitchenette or something more than a regular 2 Queen bedroom, but this Suite is exactly it - 2 beds, tiny microwave and mini fridge; 1 chair and lounge chair. No table or ability to sit and eat in the room. On a positive note: - room and bedding were clean and bathroom seemed to be renovated. Walls have scratches and there are gaps around wall AC unit. TV had limited channels and spotty reception. Breakfast bar has limited offerings and some food seemed to be from the previous day. There are 3 types of cooked food - eggs (omelette), sausages (dry and old) and sausage gravy (it looked absolutely appalling). The rest is dry cereal, yogurt, milk, fruit and processed foods (cinnamon buns). There is no microwave in the breakfast area or any possibility to boil/warm up water to make our own coffee from instant coffee. Staff could not help with this request. We didn’t use the pool area, so cannot comment on that. People working in the breakfast area (restocking food) were super nice and friendly. It is OK place to rest your head, but would not stay here again. There are many better options in close proximity that charge the same or lower nightly rate. I should add that in the walking distance there is Wendy’s, grocery store, Dollar store and gas station.

My wife and I stayed one night at this hotel and that was plenty. While the hotel is new and clean and the folks managing it are fine, the location sucks. First, it's not easy to locate the main entrance, even when we located it, it has a very small area for loading and unloading.
We had to park in an overflow lot that was not secured and a little sketchy. The biggest issue we had is the road noise. The hotel is located very close to highways which have a lot of heavy truck traffic and motorcycle traffic. Even though our room was on the fourth floor it was very noisy.
