No Hot Water

We had two rooms at this hotel for FSU Graduation. We stayed 3 nights. On Saturday and Sunday, there was no hot water. Taking a freezing cold shower was not a fun way to celebrate our daughter's graduation.

We were told that there would be compensation of one night, but we've yet to see any further information about that. I hope that the manager follows through with that promise.

We have another daughter who is starting at FSU. I'm not sure that we would choose this hotel again for our stays in Tallahassee.

Great stay

This hotel was amazing. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Check in was a breeze and the breakfast was always on point. Can’t beat the comfortable beds and pillows. I would definitely start here again anytime I’m in the area.

Comfortable bed. Great social hour. Large spacious room

I stay here all the time for my business trips out in Rosemont/Chicago. I typically stay in the suite, which provides great value for the cost. I particularly love the social reception in the evening with free wine, beer, and appetizers. Highly recommend for business trips as this hotel feels like a home away from home.

Exellent!! Kudos to Mercy Encalada!!! She is the best!! After a bit of convincing, she took care of us!!

If you get the right front staff person, they will take care of you. Some other front staff person was not that understanding but I had to find Mercy Encalada and she definitely took care of us! We love this place and would come back again.

We stayed here for a graduation that was taking place in Rosemont. We were very close to All State arena (5mins) and Rosemont Theater (8mins). Great food choices nearby like Portillo’s and Cane’s Chicken and much more. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, rooms were comfortable- we slept great! We thought planes flying by could be a problem but we didn’t even hear them.
The biggest gripe was the pool. We had a child so it was a must to go to the pool and it was freezing!! They say it’s heated but sure doesn’t feel like that and that was the general consensus from others in the pool as well. The pool area was nice and it was warm in there but the water temp was a disappointment. My 6 yo didn’t last even 20 mins. It looked like they may have had a hot tub at one time…? But that was out of service which was a huge bummer with how cold the pool was. Other than that, our stay was great!

Great stay in a great location

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was great and very friendly. Location is fantastic for easy access to downtown Moab and to explore The Arches National Park and Canyonlamd. Highly recommended!
