Hätte ich in den letzten Jahren bei meinen Interconti-Aufenthalten immer so ein Zimmer bekommen (746), dann wäre ich nie wieder gekommen; Bei den vorhergehenden Aufenthalten waren wir in der 10. Etage, das hatte gepasst.
Es gab diesmal keine Zeitung vor der Zimmertür und keine im Frühstücksraum; Das Personal wusste nicht das ich IHG-Mitglied bin; weder beim Einchecken und auch nicht beim bezahlen;

Mit dem Zimmer waren wir wie immer zufrieden. Leider war das Housekeeping während unseres Aufenthaltes etwas überfordert. Bedauerlicherweise wurde im Restaurant nur ein Bruchteil der Speisekarte und in der Hotelbar nicht wie üblich Cocktails angeboten. Was mit den Einschränkungen durch Corona begründet wurde. Bei der Abreise haben wir leider einige Kleidungsstücke im Schrank vergessen. Auf telefonische Rückfrage wurde uns dann aber mitgeteilt, dass keine Kleidung gefunden worden sei. Wir können nicht nachvollziehen, dass in einem Hotel 3 Kleidungsstücke und ein Kleidersack spurlos verschwinden. Zumal wir bestimmt nicht die ersten und nicht die letzten sein werden, denen so etwas passiert.

Ich habe nicht das Zimmer bekommen welches ich gebucht hatte. Man hat mir vor Der Buchung nicht mitgeteilt, das ein ganzer Teil des Hotels geschlossen war und ich deshalb ein schlechteres Zimmer beziehen musste. Das servierte Frühstück war nicht angemessen. Das Gourmetrestaurant war geschossen. Würde mir aber vorher nicht mitgeteilt.
Das Personal machte einen überforderten Eindruck.
Ich war nicht zufrieden.

No Warning of Ongoing Construction at Property

Reservation system failed on my last day of stay. Although I needed to extend the stay I was unable to due to the computer network failure reported by the front desk clerk, I had to move to another competing hotel. Ongoing construction caused dust to flow throughout the property causing me congestion symptoms, construction employees worked without Covid-19 masks. I was charged the same price as if the property was ready for patrons. Profits over customer care is the business formula that comes to mind.
