Comfortable & Clean Hotel - Just Don't Expect Breakfast

Here for a soccer tournament. The room was clean and comfortable. However, with breakfast at $10 per person and supply being served from 6:30-9:30 there was no food left at 6:44. I went to the front desk and asked if they were going to replenish and she said she would “call someone.” Now all these kids who have a time schedule to be at the field for a 8:00am game and won’t be able to eat after paying $10 per person for what they consider a hot breakfast bar. By the time the game is over the bar will be over. Three hot food items…sausage, eggs and potatoes and there is a place to make waffles and all empty. At 7:00am I went back to the front desk and asked if they were able to find someone to replenish and she said "she called someone." At 7:15am we had to leave and nobody had replenished. We had to pay for food at a restaurant after since nobody was able to eat. As a IHG rewards member. I would book somewhere else!

The beds are short enough to get into without having to jump and were very comfortable. The lobby is beautiful and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.

Stepping off the elevator to your room at a hotel always says a lot as far as cleanliness goes. It was so fresh and clean smelling! The rooms were nice with plenty of space and, again, clean and fresh.
Just understand this hotel is right on a busy freeway, so there will be some traffic noise. But the beds were so comfortable, we hardly noticed.

Bed was pretty hard for my comfort level. We had trouble with the thermostat because it would get hot in the room, then the air would kick on and it would be freezing. So it went to extremes.

Alright hotel just don't expect to use the pool

The rooms and breakfast are alright.
But don't expect to use the pool. I stayed in 2024 with my wife and daughter. My wife and daughter both used on multiple occasions during our 2 night stay. Both got sick, my wife got very sick and had to the ER a day after returning home. Returned this year, the pool still looked very green and my wife and daughter choose not to go swimming. It is too bad because autistics daughter looks forward to swimming when travelling.

Will Never Stay In This Hotel Again

I was in a room that overlooked 12th Street and Four Winds Gas Station and the road traffic was so noisy that I had a hard time sleeping! Check in staff appeared to be burnout waiting on customers, the check in staff was very short and curt with me and never greeted me with a smile. The next time I have to stay over night in Albuquerque I will find another hotel to stay in.
