Excellent Front Desk Service from Sajan

Yes, I recommend this property.
As with my last two visits to the hotel, the personal service offered by Sajan, working at the front desk was outstanding. It is the primary reason I continue to use this hotel.
Nothing is too much trouble for him and he went out of his way with the time and effort to make my stay comfortable and in particular to achieve my work objectives. He is an absolute star.

Nice hotel, but no points given

No, I do not recommend this property.
This is a very nice hotel, but I will not be staying there again, as I only found out subsequently that I got no IHG points for my stay. This was the note on the IHG webs site: "Thanks for staying with us. Because your room rate was discounted, it's not eligible for points."
Very disappointing.
