I was disappointed at my 2nd stay here. I booked for 2 days. When I arrived in my room, tired from my 5 1/2 hour drive from Kayenta, AZ, my TV was not working, the clock was flashing 12:00. I called the front desk to ask maintenance to come to my room to fix the TV. After waiting 40 minutes, I called again. The Front Desk said they forgot to call maintenance for the non-functioning TV.
Finally, maintenance came and had to re-set the TV. When I pointed out the flashing clock, maintenance said it was broken & would have to come with a new.
Maintenance arrived with new clock and set the time.
When I made a visit to report my displeasure at the non-working items in my room and the wait to have them fixed,r defended the situation. I asked Iesha, acting manager (who wore NO nametag), why housekeeping would not report a non-functioning clock. Iesha said that is not their responsibiltiy.
I suppose hotel staff do not communicate with each other! How does a team spirit get fostered? Communication & rewards.
Very dissappointing!
