When checking in, there were 2 guest waiting with only one member of staff working , when it came to me there was an issue with my booking I was never told why but it took the one member of staff a number of phone calls to sort it out which took 15 minutes to sort out still with no explanation of why,
Then in the morning on check out , this time 3 guest waiting to check in or out and once again only one member of staff working as I needed to obtain a official tax receipt I waiting for a further 15 minutes but as I needed to be at a meeting and still waiting to be served I had to leave without the receipt, then only to find out I can’t download an official receipt online but that you have send email to request it
Either employ enough staff to man the reception check in desks or make sure you can download an official taxable receipt on line
