Stayed 4 nights as Diamond member. No upgrades offered. Asked for king bed; was given 2 queen beds. Room was good size with kitchen, full size fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning didn’t work in the room; it was loud and did not blow cold air. Lucky it was cool January days. TV remote control had glitches. Shower and sink had adequate water pressure, not strong. The breakfast spread had good options including variety of fruits including blueberries and strawberries, cooked oatmeal, potatoes, scones. Disappointed that the Monday to Wednesday happy hour reception did not happen when I was there. Gym was fairly good sized. On check out, I told the manager that the AC didn’t not work in the room. He offered to send me 2000 points for the inconvenience, but I only received 250 points; not a man of his words. Overall, a nice fairly new hotel in Eastvale, it does have some problems as pointed out above.
