This hotel is located in an excellent position overlooking the lake and right in the middle of town - we walked everywhere we wanted to go with ease. The room was great. The only negative thing I can say is that some of staff were not very friendly or helpful. But overall I would say the Crowne Plaza Queenstown is a magnificent place to stay

We recently stayed the the Crowne Plaza Christchurch for a couple of nights - the room was nice and comfortable and the position of the hotel was very good - easy walk to town and restaurants cafes etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel but don’t go for the breakfast at the hotel - I thought it was very average with not a very good selection and overpriced for what it provides.

The holiday inn Mai Khao is a fantastic resort. I have stayed there a number of times now and will say that everything about this resort is magnificent. The rooms are great, the location on the beach is just wonderful and the facilities and huge grounds add to the fantastic ambiance of the resort. The staff are very friendly and highly professional in their approach to the guests. Both the restaurants are exceptional and offer a great variety of very tasty and delicious food. Overall always a relaxing and very enjoyable experience.

I have stayed at holiday inn resort, Phuket many times over the past 18 years and this stay was again an absolutely wonderful experience in every way. It always feels like I am coming home when I land at Phuket international airport and make my way to the resort. I am always greeted with big smiles by the staff and from the time I am welcomed to HIRP and escorted to my room until the time I leave the resort I am always in the best mood possible and feel absolutely relaxed and extremely happy to be at the hotel. All the facilities, restaurants, bars are absolutely fantastic but most of all the staff are the best I have encountered anywhere in the world. All the staff display a great willingness to make the guests as happy as possible - they are also very capable and professional in everything they do. I would recommend this lovely resort to anyone wishing to experience the very best Thailand has to offer.

I have stayed a couple of times at holiday inn mai khao beach and have found the experience absolutely wonderful. The staff are fantastic and the facilities and room also of a very high standard. Both the restaurants are excellent, offering a good variety and the food is of the highest standard and also very delicious (or as the Thai people would say aroi mak mak). The pool and surrounds are also great. I will have no hesitation in recommending this lovely resort to anyone who wants to enjoy a very relaxing time.

I have stayed many times at this resort and it always exceeds my expectations in every way. The staff are the best!! the facilities are great, restaurants are magnificent and reasonably priced with great quality food and fantastic ambiance. The room is fantastic as well, very comfortable bed, air conditioning working well. Just everything about the Holiday Inn Resort, Phuket is excellent. I fully recommend to anyone who wants a fabulous holiday in a great resort and also in prime location in Patong.
