After that, we had to go to the front desk FOUR TIMES to get new cards, as they didn’t program the garage properly.
We ended up speaking with Andre, the GM, who said he would take off one night and call me. He never called me.
I spoke with Roger, the night manager the next night, who finally apologized and said they would take off the second night, which they never did.
The front desk staff is a joke. They don’t care, never offered any solutions, and seemed to hate their job.
For $250+ a night, stay anywhere else. We will never be back to this property.
It’s a totally joke.
